Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of items. The toiletry items were a good product. Beds were comfortable and looked clean.
Shower curtain was dirty/stained and had a hole in it. The door to the room was hard to open and I had to call the front desk to ask for assistance. The room seemed a little dirty but wasn't awful.

Breakfast was good with good choices. Breakfast area was clean and roomy. Wafle, eggs, bacon,yogurt, fruit and oj.
Rest of the group was also satisfied.
The coffee was also really good!!

Breakfast was good. Bananas a little old. Sausage and gravy mostly gravy. Liked the waffles and selection of food. Traveled with grandchildren so loved the pool.
Front desk people were kind.
Hallway was not vacuumed. Lots of crumbs in front of our door that were there for our entire two night stay.

Under renovations room too close to loud blower that was drying plaster. Only other room was by elevator and ice machine.

The cost of the room was great. Room was clean. The bed was ok, just not as comfortable as we like. It was too stiff.
The commode would not flush.

We stayed for a wedding in fairmont. This hotel was about 20 minutes away from the venue, but $100 cheaper than the fairmont hotels. The room was spacious, cold, and exactly what we needed. The hotel wasn’t crowded and it seemed like we were spaced away from other guests, which I liked! The bed was so comfortable!
The room was a little outdated and the bathroom vent was not very clean. The bathroom shower curtain seemed dirty and old. Strange moldy smell in the bathroom at times. There were also some stains on the walls in the room.

Body wash instead of soap. My hair dryer was damaged. They replaced it and the new one worked great.

The room were spacious & the beds were comfortable
No bathroom fans/vents, found previous guests clothes underneath beds, more of a "continental breakfast" than a "hot breakfast" as advertised.

Beds were super comfortable, arguably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast was good, would’ve liked a bit more options but overall not bad. The staff was friendly, and the main areas seemed clean.
The bathroom was very GROSS. There was dust and mold in the vent above the shower, there was what looked like mold on the door. The faucet had rust all around it. The bathroom had awful lighting. The pool room was uncomfortably warm, like sauna levels warm but the water was cold and had a terrible smell. The whole pool room did honestly.

the woman that sets up the breakfast is exceptional. she decorates the entire lobby with a different holiday theme. it makes it sooo homey.
