Great little house for an adult couple (plus 2 small children, if applicable) that provides everything one needs for a different type of very relaxing getaway.

Loved the N Captiva vibe. No crowds/traffic/lines. Truly a restful experience knowing all that had to been done was go to the beach to shell, read a book and watch dolphins in the ocean and nearby bay. Seasong was very close to the beach and has everything needed for a week stay. Highly recommend this area if you don’t have FOMO and want time to rest and recharge.

The house was absolutely charming and comfortable for us. And the management was excellent.
During our stay the weather was poor and we ended up staying inside much more than we had hoped.
The only suggestion would be that the internet service was weak and spotty - which prevented us from streaming movies.

SeaSong was perfect for our week long vacation! The kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals and we enjoyed the open floor plan. The house is located in a great area with a quick walk to the beach. Communication was also top-notch!

Fantastic stay at SeaSong. Family of 4 lived comfortably for a week, kitchen is well equipped for cooking, communication with hosts, grocery delivery, and travel to/from the island was seamless. Nice location walking distance to one beach and a quick golf cart ride to another.

Considering the devastation caused by hurricane Ian, everything in the property was in excellent working order. Kudos to everyone for getting us settled in and sorting out our groceries! The golf cart was great for getting around and enjoying the glorious beaches and of course the sunsets seen from the beach at the bottom of the road.. the BBQ and balcony were great for enjoying the glorious evenings.

Sea song was a fantastic fit for our family of four and the location was perfect. Every beach was easy to get to and the property management team did an incredible job of giving us a tour and telling us where everything was. We will be back!

Exceptional
My wife and I had a spectacular stay at Seasong. Perfect location and a lovely house. We can't wait to return to North Captiva. Shally's Seashells property management were super and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great Place
Clearly the owner and the management company want guests to have a wonderful stay. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The internet is in and out constantly. That was the only thing that could be improved.
Thank you for another trip to North Captiva Island 🏝.

Great Property
Sea Song is a wonderful property. It is very clean and is equipped with everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, knives and a Keurig coffee maker. The large washer and dryer is great. The BBQ is a Weber gas grill which is very well maintained. There are beach chairs, kayaks, floats and a golf cart to get around. The beaches are beautiful and offer some of the best shelling we have seen in a long time. This is a wonderful place to chill and relax. I have already booked this property for next year.

Perfect in every way!
Seasong was perfect for our family of four! The house had everything that we needed -- well appointed kitchen, new gas grill, kayaks, bikes/helmets, golf cart, even beach towels! The location was perfect -- a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. Immaculate with lovely and comfortable furnishings. Tortuga Properties was wonderful -- wonderful advice and so helpful in planning our visit and coordinating our arrival and departure. We can't wait to return!

Just a suggestion, bring cards, board games, etc as wi-fi is very iffy when there is weather and TV stations are limited to 5 when the sun is shining. Jet ordered a Smart TV so that will help if internet is working. Island shuts down completely at 8-9pm so evening entertainment is limited! Home has a Keurig so bring KCups…..there is a French Press but takes awhile if everyone is drinking coffee! Kitchen is outfitted well and linens were good. All in all a good home for the price. Bring a sharpie marker to leave a family shell on one of the ‘shell trees’ at the sandbar beach!

Relaxing stay at Sea Song
We booked a last minute trip to NCI. When we booked we did not know you need to ferry over but the owner assured us it was straight forward. Everything about the rental was great! It was super clean and nicely decorated. All the appliances seemed brand new and worked wonderfully! The rental does include the use golf cart, 4 bikes, & 2 kayaks. The golf cart is a must on the island. The rental provides you with almost everything you need which made the stay that much easier. A couple things; bring your own groceries... do not have the rental company pick them up for you. Ours showed up 2 days late and from talking to a few islanders, it happens often. The rental company was great and did send over some groceries for breakfast to hold us over. Other than that the rental was perfect for our small family. We had a wonderful time!

Peaceful paradise
The four of us had a truly perfect week at SeaSong ! The location is terrific, a short walk to the Beach , free use of Kayaks Bicycles and Golf Cart as well as beach chairs and umbrella made spending a relaxing time very easy.
The front deck is perfect for morning coffee or reading while watching the birds, the new gas grill made cooking dinners tasty and easy.
The location is unbeatable so close to the beach yet secluded on a cul de sac.
We appreciated the many upgrades new appliances and the pictures do not do the place any justice .
The owner response and management company attention are exceptional making the trip fantastic from all the unique shells to the lunch on historic Cabbage Key, dolphins , manatees and tortoises!
We have stayed on North Captiva multiple times and this was by far the best week we have had!
