Location
The sheets and comforter are dirty. It is a smell in there that made me sick coughing and sneezing. The ceiling fans is packed with dust and the air conditioner very dusty.

Nothing
The toilet paper was disgusting. I could not understand the representative on the phone. The beds were like sleeping on metal wires. No remote for tv. Air conditioner barely worked. We left at 5am. The picture on the app don't match the room. It looks like they tried to make it seem like they were the same property as across the street.

The host was very responsive and accommodating for our needs.

Close to the location I was traveling to.
Inexpensive.
Was quite while I was sleeping.
I felt a little nervous and was warned about the area being dangerous but never encountered an unsafe situation.
AC and ceiling fan were operational.
Room was not very clean (found someone else's hair and stains in the sheets so I slept with my clothes on). There was no closets or places to hang clothes. Shared bathroom also seemed a bit dirty, not terrible but I would not be willing to use the provided toilet paper and used shower shoes in the shower. Had to venmo deposit ($100, did receive it back). Check in was over the email and a bit arduous. The fire alarm was removed from the room.

Nothing
I awoke in the morning to what seemed like a rash on my arms, legs, and chest. Did really think anything of it. I took a shower and my boyfriend says to me look at this. He also was all red. So we decided to check the sheets .... Guess what we find this little bug that looked like a cockroach but not. So we keep checking an find another one. This time we took a picture of it and Google Lens identifies it as " BEDBUG". So at this point I am not even sure where to begin. I reached out to Booking.com and can you believe they told me I was not approved to get my money back. So I paid $100 for one night and $104 security deposit to be attacked by bedbugs and get told oh well. HOW IS That POSSIBLE. First of all what kind of customer service is this on the host and most definitely Booking.com's? Second how is this not taken more serious. Do you see the picture's. I will post more information and more photos after I go to doctors.

I didn't like the way my complaints about what hurt one of my friends got taken care of. We had to constantly repeat the story over and over and they didn't understand the way they wanted to solve it was to give us a towel when it had nothing to do with a towel. Also, I paid for a room I didn't get.

I like that I didn't have to sleep on the street but besides that he shows me that neither the owners of the property or booking.com give a dime about customers while being, or anyone conducting business in a respectable way. It's just a portal for people to be abusive and steal your money when you just need a place to sleep. Yes it was a ead, but a horrible experience
The most shady experience I have in my life renting a room in the entire planet. They wouldn't give me the address or talk to me it's a via text until I show them the booking reservation paid, then they charge me an extra $35 for late check-in, and if I didn't send them via cash up a refundable deposit of $109 plus the 35 they wouldn't let me in into the property. They will know except to show me the room before I pay the deposit. The room was destroyed but I was only able to see it after I paid the deposit. I showed him the destroyed room and they say they will fix it but I haven't gotten my deposit back m they say I will get in back in 15 days which is nonsense and everything is so weird, it's scary. They will also missing fire extinguishers. I notified in my order everything but I'm still waiting to get my deposit back

We stayed for 4 nights, no housekeeping, no change of towels even. What if i had made 2 separate bookings for two nights each? Would they have not cleaned the room

They Told Me I Was Banned From A Previous Property For Late Checkout Which Was A Lie And I Have The Messages To Prove It, I Booked For This Property Not Knowing They Were Behind It And They Told Me I Was Banned Hung Up On Me And When I Asked For My Money Back They Refused And Disconnected The Phone

I loved how low key it was and the location isn’t too far from any businesses and it was clean, the price value at the time was perfect. The pictures match what you see online and the bathroom is modern enough and clean!
Wi-Fi is there but the quality is low. majority of the time is was FAIR and was useful for sure but out of 27 days I was there, 3 times it was tripping and we all know how much of a deal breaker that can be but still did the job. For the monthly stay, they could’ve had more paper towels, but the house keeper there was extremely helpful with extra towels and sheets. There’s a laundromat literally less than a block away so that’s a plus! The pillows are trash, sorry but damn lol the bed was fair but yeah you get what you pay for. There’s this CONSTANT beeping throughout the building that makes it impossible for me to sleep! Thank god I had ear plugs but you shouldn’t have to deal with that. The neighbors were courteous with being quiet but the walls are thin and you hear people climbing the stairs. but all in all, you get what you pay for… even though I noticed the prices shot up 50% I guess… maybe I was just lucky.

We booked 2 rooms, but one of the rooms was very cold and we are a family and we have a baby girl with us..we called the hotel service center to tell them...we couldn't find any help, the female employee asked us to open the window..and she didn't help us change the room or find an actual solution ...we tried calling again but she hung up on me...we all had to sleep in one room.. . Even though we booked 2 rooms.. bad experience and worse service

There's no one on site in case something goes wrong. The wifi almost never worked consistently. Their rules are strict to the point of extremes. The password for the wifi was a restatement of the rules - quite long for a password and it really made me think they weren't rational people. Also, they kept my $100 security deposit for about three weeks. Its the same management as 2900 Clover and no better.

Аttention!!! here need a deposit!!!! The profile of this account does not say that a deposit is required !!! I was charged for 2 nights. and the next day I received a message that I needed a copy of my passport and a deposit. i love to travel and yes, i often use hostel services because it's convenient and not expensive... i was in new york and came to philadelphia having booked 1 hostel in advance. and in this first hostel it smelled of something rotten and the man who lived in this hostel began to show his attention to me, I was so scared that I ran away from there ... as a result, I had no money or housing, but it was already a night in panic and fear, I register this housing, when the next day I received a letter that I need a deposit, I wrote to the owner of the apartment about the situation in which I found myself and asked for help (I wrote to the reservation support service about this terrible situation) I showed all this and explained everything to the owner of the apartment, but he said no bail no money no apartment... that's how I spent my time in the city of Philadelphia . This is the first time I've encountered such a heartless and inhumane attitude. I did not go to this apartment and do not regret it.

Never got into the property due to Booking.com’s Venmo fee and the property management sending wrong Venmo link. Was not a good experience.

It was not clear that security deposit has to be paid online days before the stay in order to get the entry code. This was communicated via messages on Booking which is not the most common way to communicate in mi experience so didn't check them. People from the company that lends the room were kind and helpful on the phone and helped me sort the deposit and the code out. So: check your messages on Booking if you will rent this place. The outside of the house was quite dirty and full of trash, but the room was clean and relatively comfortable.

I arrived at the place at night, the doorsteps were full of garbage and the place looked quite sketchy. I couldn't access my room because I missed the emails they sent me asking me for a deposit and a photo id to provide me with the code that'd open the door. I tried to contact them to no avail and had to walk for hours with my suitcase until I found a hostel with a 24 hour reception, it was around 2am. I booked the remaining days in this hostel I lost the $300 I paid for this place. Avoid the place at all costs.
