The location was great for first time Philly visitors. Other people in the house were quiet. The room was perfect size for the 3 of us, the beds were pretty comfy. The shower was amazing! The staff were very nice and responsive. And the tv was a smart tv which was nice to have!
There were some stains on the comforter, couch and pillow cases but we brought our own blankets and pillows anyways so it was that bad

value, proximity to Drexel. Closer -much more expensive. Great for 2 day conferences at Drexel.
a bit of a walk to breakfast locations. Very long blocks. Maps would help.

Good location. Neighborhood located close to Drexel and U. Penn
The room was overheated, bedding was foul, room was dusty. Check In process was tedious and the property management kept asking me for information that they already had.
