Condo was in an excellent location. Close to everything. Well appointed with an awesome musical theme. We enjoyed the vinyl!!!!! Will definitely return to this unit!

Great place for the weekend. Plenty of room and nice outside balcony to relax on. Walking distance to Gruene hall and surrounding shops. Owners were easy to communicate with and provided easy details to access unit. We had a great time and will do it again.

The location was perfect. The decor in the condo was phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again. Deserves more than 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time! Being able to walk into the heart of Gruene makes the visit so much fun. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee the host provided.

Perfect location. Great property close to music, food, shopping, and tubing; all the reasons you’d visit Gruene. Coffee on the balcony was a great way to start each day. Comfy beds. Quiet at night. Had 6 adults and plenty of room for everyone.

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this by far was my favorite. It wasn’t the biggest it wasn’t the shiniest, but it was fantastic perfect location great communication from the owners literally walking distance to everything in town. It was pristine everything we need. It was there I would highly recommend staying at this place..

Such a wonderful getaway to the sweet town of Gruene. The condo was right in the middle of the action but off the beaten path, so it was quiet and relaxing. Loved the decor and set up-my musician husband especially enjoyed the guitar on the wall for guests who could play. Great porch with rocking chairs with a view of the river-saw deer and birds chirping in the trees. The hosts were very responsive, and we had a little plumbing issue, and it was handled on a Sunday immediately. We stay at a lot of rentals thru VRBO and Air B N B and this is now in our top 5. Will definitely be back!

Location is fantastic to walk to bars & restaurants & shopping & Gruene Hall. The river was a beautiful view to enjoy our coffee on the balcony. The hosts thought of everything & the place was fully kitted. The beds were comfortable & the washer dryer was a bonus! We loved the music theme & record player. We can't wait to come back again & stay here. :)

We had 3 couples in the condo & our stay was very comfortable! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions before & during our stay! The condo is very well stocked so cooking on vacation was easy! The mattresses are extremely comfortable which was a huge plus for someone with a bad back!

Property is perfect for our stay and close to all the important fun things in Gruene. Great spacious unit with balcony views of river. Had fun at Gruenehall!
One drawback, a property above us (we were in 204) had crazy loud kids from some prom or quincinera, starting around 1 am. Jumping off furniture, yelling, partying for a couple hours. I was too tired to call and complain.

Perfect Place!
Took our grandsons for the weekend. We absolutely loved the condo. Everybody had their own bedroom. The view was beautiful...loved being close to all the shops restaurants..walking distant close! Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing yout place with us!

Let me start by saying, Super Star Host! Heidi was the absolute best. She was helpful and responded to all my questions so quickly. Now about this adorable little house. We absolutely loved this property. Every detail from the comfortable beds, to the Records and record player, the charging station in the kitchen and the adorable guitar shaped wooden spoon in the kitchen! I loved every bit of it and it was all just so thoughtful. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

This property is always an amazing stay, well stocked, clean, relaxing. The view from the balcony is amazing and listening to the water in the morning with coffee is so peaceful. Shopping, food, and entertainment are all with in walking distance!

Perfect Gruene Getaway!
This was the perfect spot for a girls trip, looking to enjoy all that Gruene offers. We were walking distance to Gruene Hall, shops, the river, all of it. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all we needed, and the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun condo!
Nice, clean condo located right in Gruene. Condo has a fun, Texas music vibe. Great view of the rover from the patio. Beds are comfy. Walking distance to everything Gruene has to offer. The owner was quick to answer a couple of questions we had during our stay.
