Sofia was Very Goody host and very kind person. We really enjoyed stay at her house. Perfect location close to Kavala.

The villa is new, clean and nicely decorated. Big living room and well equipped kitchen.

- Unfortunately the villa is located across the street from a psychiatric hospital and in the morning we've heard some sad and disturbing noises. Beside this, we cannot had breakfast outside because there is no shadow in the courtyard, at least not in front of our apartment - There is no private parking as stated on booking and this was the main reason why we booked this apartment. We parked on the street, but one day the neighbours had a party and it was very hard to find a parking lot - I did not like waiting half hour for the owner in front of the house because didn't checked the phone - The bedroom is very small, only a queen bed and a shelf for clothes. There is no wardrobe so if you stay longer it can be a problem. Also, it has a small window right on the stairs of other apartment and you can hear everything from outside if you have loud neighbours. - The bathroom also very small, but nice walk in shower
