Large character property with lots of room for a family of 10. Two lovely sitting rooms to relax in. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds so comfortable. This was a dog friendly property but spotlessly clean.
The only small issue was that the hot water ran out. We had allocated specific bathrooms to family groups so the hot water running out meant that some of us had to use the electric showers in each other bathrooms. Also had to boil water to have a shave so not ideal for a luxury property.
The owner had advised this May happen so appreciated that.

very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quiet road very close to the town centre and all amenities.

Lovely spacious Victorian villa just minutes away from the town centre. Plenty of room for our three generation group, very clean and everything you need for a great stay. Host very helpful. Would recommend.

The whole house was amazing! It was very well equipped throughout and the quality of the bedding and towels was very good. The garden was secure for the children and the dog.

Lynwood is a beautiful house, comfortable, warm, well equipped and in a perfect location.
Really efficient log burner.
A couple of the showers weren't great, but overall no complaints.

Really big place with plenty of space for a group. Ben (the host) was very informative and helpful. Lovely location right in Bakewell.
Slightly cold and draughty on arrival. No wood provided for fire.

A large, clean and comfortable house in a lovely location. Ben was a friendly host who met us at the property and communication was excellent .

Will deffinately be recommending to family and friends. A beautiful house, extremely clean and everything you need. I loved the fact there were supplies in case we ran short.

In a quiet culdesac walking distance from 2 small supermarkets. A beautiful riverside park/recreation ground and numerous sports pitches are within 200 yards. This park is on the riverbank and a path leads into Bakewell Centre.
There is a quicker way to the town centre that is only 5 minutes stroll.
The property is luxuriously decorated and furnished to a high standard. The very best rental property we have ever stayed in.
It is fitted with every piece of equipment you might need.
