The staff, especially the restaurant and spa staff, were absolutely great and friendly and always kind and ready to help!
Generally the staff were friendly and great even through the language barrier sometimes and when we had a small shower issue. They came and helped very fast
Hotel restaurant food exceeded our expectations and tasted amazing and fresh as did the breakfast buffet!
The hot water ran out very fast, and maybe an idea would be to put a hanger to hang handtowels by the sink? - it is not negative just maybe an idea for future clients:)

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is quirky, but nice.
Odd bathroom arrangement - a cubicle for the shower and a cubicle for the toilet. The wash basin was outside and formed a part of the room. Odd rather than anything else - everything worked and it was clean.

Lovely view of sunset
Room had no opening window and looked out on wall / wasn't informed at all / amenities poor / no fridge / bad set up for bathroom Bascially a small cubicle/ staff were nice
