We enjoyed a family reunion of 15 people.The house is lovely and convenient to two beaches and shops. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The house is actually more spacious than the photos demonstrate.

Long Sands beach was an easy walk from the property. There was plenty of room to accomodate my 7 adult children, 2 with spouses, boyfriend, and a16 and 4yr old. This was a quality home with outdoor lounging areas, and plenty of parking. Thank you for sharing it with our family.

We had a fabulous week in York with our group of 8, in large part due to our stay in this beautiful home. The house is perfectly situated between York’s major attractions-a short walk to Long Sands and restaurants like Stone’s Throw, and less than a mile to Nubble Lighthouse or Short Sands shopping area. The house was incredibly clean, with brand new finishes throughout and plenty of room for kids or adults to spread out and relax. We loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the front patio and enjoying happy hour after a day at the beach. Stephanie was a very communicative host and clearly takes pride in her home and duties as a hostess. We would absolutely recommend for a great summer vacation!

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. From 72 down to 16 months. Plenty of space to spread out and get some quiet time.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and well maintained and the owner was easily accessible when we had questions. Long Sands is a short walk and we also enjoyed walking to the Nubble Light House. We would highly recommend this property.

Large family vacation
The pictures that they post do not show its true beauty. The parking situation is great we were able to fit 7 cars easily (1 pickup and 1 SUV included in those 7). It is fully renovated and had tons of space for everyone to stay. The house was inviting, clean and cozy. Perfect after a long day exploring. The only issues we had was that there weren't any dressers so we had to live out of our bags/suitcase. I didn't mind too much but, you have babies or smaller children you may find it to be a little difficult. Also, the sprinkler system going off at 5am and 5pm made the side yard muddy so we weren't able to use it to play yard games. Even with those minor inconveniences this is by far one of the best rentals I have been to.

Fantastic Family Vacation
The property was super clean and extremely well maintained. there were so many great amenities provided such as every room having ac/heat control, tvs with cable, tons of options for beds, slow closing toilet seat lids, huge washer and dryer, great fire feature on the deck, big fridge, lots of space for everyone. we all had a great time and made some great memories. the landlord was super helpful and an extremely good communicator.

PERFECT on all fronts: Home quality, amenities, location and host
We had such a wonderful stay at Stephanie's home. She met us upon check-in and showed us around the house and gave us helpful hints/tips to know about the house. The rooms are spacious, we had plenty of room for my group of 12 to spread out and sleep and stay comfortable. The location was perfect and easily walkable to long sands and short sands. This is the perfect home if you are looking for a place close to the beach with all of the comforts of a home. 12/10 recommend.

An Absolute Gem
I want to say the pictures match the house, but in reality those picture do not do this house justice. Beautiful property, with PLENTY of room for our party of 8 adults and 4 small kids to sprawl out and play/relax. Beds were comfy, fire pit was clutch, and kitchen was so easy to cook in for a big group. Loved that the walk to either beach was super close too!

I'll start with the property. It truly is BEAUTIFUL outside and in. The location is fantastic - short walk to Long Sands beach. The house is well-stocked, and we did A LOT of cooking in the kitchen. Stephanie has all the appliances you need. The beds are comfortable. There are TVs in every room. The couch is comfortable as well and great for movies on bad weather days. The back deck has furniture and firepit and was easily our favorite spot to hang out. This house truly has everything you need, is beautiful, and has the best location. I cant wait to go back.
As for Stephanie, I couldnt have asked for a better host. She was so sweet and kind. She met us to give us a tour of the house and amenities at check-in. She was super responsive to all of our questions prior to arrival. She knew it was my birthday and even went the extra mile to leave me a birthday card! The thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and organization was top notch and one of the best experiences Ive had renting. Stephanie, thank you for everything. We had such an incredible time, and I'll never forget it!
