We were very impressed with the property. Very cozy and comfortable, clean and the location could not be beat, especially for New Years Eve festivities right outside the door! Loved this condo and will definitely book again!

Enjoyed the stay. Listing was exactly as described; as other reviews noted, it can get pretty loud at night with people outside of bar directly across the street, but didn’t bother me. Is a little unique that they don’t leave any condiments, etc, but does result in everything super clean!

Perfect central location

This apartment was clean and just as advertised. Great central location downtown to walk to everything – food, shopping. Perhaps a 1 mile walk all the way to the light house and beach, but easy to do for the entire family. Easy communication with the host and easy to get in. Would recommned staying here and would stay again.

Going into this knowing that the unit was upstairs without an elevator and located near bars is imperative. For a girls weekend..it was perfect. Great, central location to eat, drink and beach. We loved it.

We have been coming to Ludington for several years now. This location was great to walk to everything! Apartment was well stocked and easy to access. Parking was a little tight, but the location couldn’t be beat! Would definitely stay again:)

It was a good time. The only thing I didn’t really like is that we drive a big truck so the reserve parking spot was not very easy parking into. Other then that, we loved the stay

Great space and close to/walking distance to so many great spots in town! Very clean & well kept! Perfect for a long weekend! It was loud in the evening as it is across from two bars.

Right in the heart of downtown
Lovely place right in the heart of downtown Ludington. We could walk and get anywhere we wished nearly! Very close to beaches and parks!

Clean, lovely spot in the heart of the city
My friend and I stayed in the condo for a race weekend, and we were thankful for such a clean, lovely spot that was walking distance to lots of shops, breweries, and other great spots.

It was a good location but they failed to mention 3 bars are wiithin earshot of the room. We went on Friday and Saturday and the bars were loud. When I was young it would have been perfect. Walking distance to 5 bars but loud until 3AM with the added bonus of kareoke. Love Ludington and this was great dowtown location but I guess I should have looked at the bars.

It was a good location but they failed to mention 3 bars are wiithin earshot of the room. We went on Friday and Saturday and the bars were loud. When I was young it would have been perfect. Walking distance to 5 bars but loud until 3AM with the added bonus of kareoke. Love Ludington and this was great dowtown location but I guess I should have looked at the bars.

The condo was located in town, with restaurants and shopping in walking distance. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The property mananager stayed in contact prior to our stay. We were provided with information on our parking spot and also informed of an issue with the bunk beds, that was not an issue for us. The only draw back was that the bedrooms faced the street, which was across from a very busy and loud bar. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you.

This property fit the needs but is on the second floor with horrible steep stairs to climb especially carrying things up and on a busy which was extremely noisy with car traffic and bar patrons being obnoxious at late hours. Other than being spacious the biggest pro was the shower water pressure was amazing compared to any hotel I have ever stayed. Property needs some update like the bunk bed needs replaced not fixed and the floor in the kitchen. Even with that said would rent again since it met the needs.
