Great view! Nice location and several restaurants within 2 miles of this beautiful condo. Grounds are well maintained. We felt safe in the area. It really is a very short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Julie was easy to communicate with and had everything ready.

Condo was perfect. Two bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone. Nothing better than morning coffee overlooking the ocean. Julie was super responsive to questions. Check in was a piece of cake. We loved the pavilion and tables leading to the beach. Great place for a glass of wine. Some great shops and bars within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We liked having the beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. It was nicely decorated and had all that we needed for a family of 4. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The rental was immaculate and well-maintained, and provided a nice view of the ocean. No surprises. The host contacted us promptly after our reservation was confirmed. The condo is conveniently located near a Publix supermarket, restaurants, shopping, and the island's western causeway to the mainland. We'd definitely rent the unit again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was in a perfect location, very short walk to the beach and near the water park…which my kids loved. The view off the balcony was perfect and we enjoyed many early mornings and late nights just sitting and taking in the gorgeous view.

The condo was in a great location for us, close to the beach and was actually more spacious than the photos made it appear to be. We would definitely come back.

My family and I stayed at Ms. Julie’s property for Easter. The condo was very clean and wide open for my family and I. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom arrangement is a game changer for those families with children who can care for themselves. Perfect views of the ocean and beach. Very accommodating to those too who can’t stay the typical week the realty companies offer. We will be staying again!

This place has a great living room area that is larger than other similar places we've stayed and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. One of the rooms is pretty large and has a nice comfy chair in it that was great for reading my son books before bed. The place was clean and had nice couches. The view was also nice! It's not as close to the water as other places we've stayed, but it's still a good view. The only downside are the mattresses are pretty soft. We are used to firmer ones, so that wasn't optimal for us.

The condo was as described, the rooms and beds were good, location was great. Communication with the owner was prompt. There were several instances where things either didn't work or weren't clean. Most things completely avoidable, so as they started to add up, I became less forgiving of the oversights. I communicated with the owner throughout our stay as another issue was found. Our first morning there, the oven didn't work. We couldn't get it to turn on or set the oven temp. Contacted the owner, she tried to get someone out, but no one was available that day (a Friday) or for the duration of our stay. She credited us $50 for that inconvenience. Not a huge deal, we just had to get resourceful for what we cooked on the stove top only. The other issues related to cleanliness, which I have little tolerance for, especially when there are cleaning fees attached to each reservation. Blood stains on a pillow case and mattress pad. Old (like really old) dingy yellow and stained pillows. Coffee maker and microwave that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year or two. A spatula in the drawer that still had oil and leftover scrambled eggs on it. Dirty silverware drawer. And a tub that was slow to drain that left us showering while standing in 2" of water. Had the condo been cleaned properly, it would have been a much better stay. Ultimately there were too many instances for me to overlook.

Loved the condo, very clean, beach-themed, with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. Very quiet location, with plenty of convenient parking. Just a quick walk to the beach which was not crowded, so lots of space for kite flying! Convenient to plenty of reasonable restaurants and a grocery store and theater.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and just as the listing stated! Morning coffee on the deck with a perfect ocean view was my favorite! This is an older condo building, but it is definitely well maintained. A 2-minute walk to the beach and there are so many grocery stores and great restaurants less than 5-10 minutes away. Julie left recommendations for restaurants and they definitely didn't disappoint. The check-in and out process was also pretty seamless, as the instructions were very clear and she was very responsive at answering any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
