Walked in house Xmas eve 20 degrees outside took almost entire stay to get house warm, garbage overflowing upon arrival, no gas for the fire pit and strangely not enough toilet paper. Nice house just not sure about the outrageous cleaning fee and service fees.

This was a great property in a great location. Property manager was very quick to respond. House could use a few little touch ups but was very comfortable and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. It has a spacious indoor living space with plenty of outdoor space for activities (including a covered porch area). Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend bringing some bug spray for the back yard because the mosquitos are all over the place.

The house was clean and in good working condition. The pots and pans are very few so actual dinner was interesting to make since its has one pot and on pan. We had to buy kitchen towels and wash cloths due to the house not having any or a sponge to use in the sink. The true negative about this property is only one that would prevent us from staying again. The over grown back and front yard kept us from enjoying the outside of the house. The bugs outside were so bad you didn't stay outside at all. While we were there the yard was mowed but due to the over grown trees no grass can grow so they blowed the leaves into the already pile of leaves under the over grown bushes. so they really arent doign anything.

House was beautiful and clean. The only minor issue was ants in the kitchen. They got into some of our food but other than that no issues! We were very pleased with this home and would rent again in the future!

Close to the beach, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, accurate pictures, and enough space for a large family. Our only complaint was that the trash and recycle cans outside were over-full when we arrived. There was no notice that I saw telling me what day to put out the trash. I just put both cans down at the street. So, it was a little annoying not having a place to put our trash during our stay. To be fair, I didn't report it. We got caught up in our vacation and I kept forgetting. It was really a very minor inconvenience. Nothing to get upset about. Other than that, this house was awesome. I would totally recommend it to others and stay here again. We loved it.

This was a great place to stay. We live on the IOP and we’re staying there during our remodeling. It’s a great location on the island.

The property is spacious and inviting. Lots of extras and very well equipped, can’t think of anything that was missing except perhaps some ability to rinse the sand off our feet before re entering the house. A short easy walk to the beach but a drive to anything else. We’d go there again.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and only a short walk from the beach. A beach cart, some toys and body boards were available for the kids. House is located in a residential neighborhood and the beach closeby was calm and beautiful, even on a hot summer day. We loved the house, but the backyard could have been better organized. Screened porch wasn’t entirely screened, table tennis table wasn’t ready for use on arrival, no outdoor shower available to rinse of the beach before entering the house and the many mosquitoes made it hard to enjoy the backyard fully at any time of the day. Management was amazing throughout our stay though: backyard cleaning crew arrived within minutes, Bluetooth speakers magically appeared when we asked how best to play music in the house, we found a little surprise upon arrival and extra backyard toys were added throughout our stay. Avantstay really committed to giving us a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting! Would certainly recommend an AvantStay holiday to anyone!

This home was very accommodating for our family beach vacation. Great back yard with corn hole, ping pong table and fire pit. The kitchen was very well equipped and the managing team was very prompt in responding to any questions we had prior to the trip and while we were there. Also, a great welcome gift awaited us when we arrived.
