I liked everything

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home. The design of the hotel is beautiful and well thought out, it made sitting in the lobby feel like a nice evening out. The breakfast was truly delicious, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! Location was great as the area felt like you were living amongst locals but not too far away from the main areas, very quick on the metro but we walked since the neighbourhood itself was full of lovely independent shops and beautiful architecture.

Our particular room on the top floor was quite small. The sink was difficult to use at times due to the size and the hairdryer wasn’t great.

Best breakfast buffet, ever!! Lobby is great! Wonderful place to hang. Bed very comfortable. Suite has a great tub. Staff friendly and helpful.

The king standard room has no place to put anything other than a wardrobe for hanging clothes. No dresser, table or even a shelf. And nothing on the walls. Drab. I also stayed in the junior suite a few nights and that was better. Still could use a dresser and art on the walls.
