Easy check-in with all instructions for the appartment and parking and keybox in an email. It is an nice appartment no doubt.
We arrived around 4pm and the noiselevel from upstairs was unbelievable. Yes we do understand if you have small kids it can be a bit loud - but that was for over 3 hours outragous. So our point is there is unfortunatly no soundproofing. Thankfully after 8pm it got quiet and also nearly no road/trafficnoises outside. The kitchen misses a coffee plunger or something similar if you want to make your own coffee. There is a Nespressomachine there but we didnt had taps for that.
And our personal opion is there could be a makeover in the flat - you can see some usage from other people who stayed in it.

Das Apartament war sauber und gemütlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
