Hotel Navona Palace Collection

The room was amazing. We were on the top floor with hot tube and beautiful view. It was very nicely done and clean. The room was on the firth floor and the elevator stopped at forth so there is one flight of stairs. The location was perfect and close to major attractions, good dining, and little grocery store. Breakfast was very good and reasonable for the quality.

The bed was very hard.

Very clean, good location, great aesthetics- was able to check in on short notice. Basically everything was well appointed and clean. Will be back.

Only one dislike..but I do understand some people have off days. One staff member was unwilling to call a taxi- we were told that "They don't work today" , it was a Tuesday, and to walk to a taxi stand. I had messaged previously when booking the hotel, as well as call, to let them know my father is ill and elderly; they needed help with luggage. Walking far with luggage is difficult. It would be good in future to read notes (or post notes like this on file if possible) before advising elderly/ill guests to go find a taxi stand. It is also obvious that taxi's were available, as we saw them driving around!...It seemed that this staff member was just un-willing to book on the computer perhaps. But I think a simple phone call to call a taxi would have been prudent and appropriate in this circumstance.
