The property we rented for our Door County stay with friends was above and beyond what we expected. We’ve been coming to Door County for over 40 years. The house was very clean with lots of amenities and close location to the center of town. The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and our host was kind to check in with us after the first night to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely book this property again. Our only regret was that the trip was TOO short.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. This amazing home accommodated our entire family plus an RV! The hosts were gracious in all that this home provided and even went above and beyond with a small issue that we encountered. We would highly recommended this home and it’s beautiful wooded surroundings for another stay!

We loved our stay in Sister Bay. The home had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and communication with the owner was quick and easy. The kitchen is fully stocked and they thought of everything from marshmallow skewers to matches. We loved how close the fire pit was to the home so we could run in and out for drinks and other things we needed. We would love to come back and stay here on our next trip to Door County. Thank you for the amazing memories!

Every year, my fiancé and I get together with some other couples in sister bay for fall fest. This property was perfect for us. Close to downtown sister bay, spacious, clean, and the owner is very helpful. Perfect rental from the start to end of the process!

We stayed in this lovely home with sisters, a couple spouses, and a few adult children. The guys were there for the Peninsula Century. The ladies were there for Door County fun. The home was lovely. I would say it was bigger than the pictures showed. Two of the bedrooms were perfect for the couples. The third bedroom was ok for everyone else. The beds were short and a couple of the adult gals complained about that (5’8” and above for the ladies sleeping in that room). These beds are not meant for adults. The hosts were very sweet. Left a welcome bag of goodies with a cute Rockwell Retreat tote. Tim was very quick with communicating. The wifi was out when we were there and he bought our group a gift card to Wild Tomato - a DC iconic pizza place. The decor is beautiful and up to date and was very clean! We are a bunch of clean freaks so we all appreciated that. The outdoor patio was perfect for gathering with the group. Overall we loved our short stay and would definitely recommend it and would stay again!

My husband and I wanted to go somewhere before our baby is born, just the two of us, and we found this property. We stayed inside the house the entire time because we are nervous about the pandemic, but everything was incredible! We had a fire every night and loved being in the woods. The owners were very quick to respond and super easy to work with. :)

We absolutely loved the property and enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and the property was very clean and well kept. The location was great as we were within minutes of downtown Sister Bay and under 15 minutes to Fish Creek & Egg Harbor. We will be coming back again next year and plan on booking the same property. Also appreciated the discount at Lure!

The location is very close to downtown Sister Bay, but is located in a very private little neighborhood. The home has a large wooded lot, which affords a nice level of privacy, which also helps to keep things quiet. The home had plenty of space for our family of five, plus enough room for us to have a small gathering of family and friends who were also in town to celebrate our wedding with us. The one thing I would recommend is having a few more pots and pans for cooking. This would have been a bigger deal for us had we planned to stay in for meals more, but we were able to make do with what was there for our needs. The bedroom setup was good for our group too. Plenty of beds for all, including extra throw blankets for cuddling at night, and enough water pressure and hot water for there to be two showers running at a time. And the master bathroom shower... perfectly awesome. We wish the fireplace was on the tv side, but it still was nice to have a fire while the kids watched TV. Made the house nice and cozy.Communication with the owners was fast and easy, too. They were responsive to all inquiries prior to our arrival and checked in with us once we were there to make sure we didn’t need anything extra. We actually left a coat once we checked out, and they offered to mail it to us. Really wonderful customer service, which we appreciated.If you’re looking for a wonderful little place to stay while you’re in Door County, this home can’t be beat. Our daughter’s wedding was held here in Sister Bay and the home provided the perfect location for friends and family to land. We enjoyed the fire pit and several evenings of good conversation in the sitting areas. The large wine cooler was a major bonus! A fantastic time was had by all! Thank you!!

Yes I say flabbergasted! In a good way! The house is beautiful and I have 4 adult children that kept commenting on how they loved the house. 3 sons and 1 daughter. My sister in law stay with me the entire stay. We relaxed watched you tube old movies. The families I had come on separate days to stay overnight. It was great we had game nite with each family and a get together with all families (4 different families) on the weekend for a birthday party/ graduation party for my oldest grandson. We didn't feel cramped we used the grill and had a great time. Jody was a great host. I would recommend the house and the host. Thanks for allowing us to create some good family memories in your fantastic home.

The house was amazing, very nice patio with a large fire pit. The cleanliness of the house was top notch, very spacious, and the hosts reply very quickly!

Beautiful spacious home found in a quiet wooded area. We loved the outside patio. Very clean, comfortable & questions were answered right away by the property owner. We enjoyed our stay.

House had a great set up for our group with a really nice main bedroom and attached bath. We found everything well stocked and enjoyed the patio and fire pit.
