Comfortable and clean
Lack of hot water in taps on sink

Good location for the train station
Good communication re the access code and entry
Very comfy bed.
Shower was good.
Room 3 has its own private bathroom but its not ensuite....you still have to go out onto the hallway to access it.
Location is far end of town from the End of the West Highland Way if that's what you re booking for. (That said taxi back was only £5)

Nevis’ room is close to Fort William train station.
With a walkable distance to high street and Morrisons.
In the room, there is a kettle, a hairdryer, a heater, some tea bags, snack and porridges.
The room is clean as well.
The bed was quite soft, wall is thin so can hear your neighbors.
The electric shower was not great, only little water flow. Bathroom sink does not have hot water.

Easy to check in. Good location for city centre
The housing scheme wasn’t the kind of place I would usually stay.
My sister was disappointed that there was shortbread in the room rather than a tunnocks biscuit as advertised.
The shower was not good.
