Directions from the train station via the main lot road could be helpful (I followed my navigation app and it took me down an alley that felt a little unsafe!)

The apartment itself was in a really quiet place, had a huge park 5 min away walking down, variety of food places/takeaways nearby and also private parking available.
The cutelry, plates and cooking utensils require good cleans and the kettle requires replacement.

Boiler next to bed..This has to be managed to avoid disturbed sleep via thermostat or programmer unit. Then all ok.

convenient location, it’s airy and good heating, good kitchen size and bed.
the lighting is too dark in the living and dining room. not bright to use as a working area after 5pm. it will solve this problem if there’s a floor lamp to lit up the living dining area

Stayed weekend of 24 February. Ideal location for access to High Wycombe town and restaurants, just 2 minutes walk.
Noisy builders working next door, front door slamming at regular intervals. Not conducive for a relaxing break.
Arranged through Booking.com £267+£100 deposit which were to be paid on arrival, deposit to be returned on the day of leaving. Two weeks before our agreed date , received an email from property management company asking for payment, queried this and told Booking.com system down and asked for immediate payment, before the booking us in, a bit miffed by this, payment was made. Emailed for return of deposit 2 days ago as yet no response, whereas prior emails responded to within a few hours. Booking.com and property management need to be on same page!!

It was perfect. All the equipment worked well, the staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice, very good and very practical. You can find everything you need in the flat.
