The Tv was not working and we called front desk and immediately the staff responded and moved us next door. This was very much appreciated. Everything else was extremely good!

Good location right off interstate and the staff were really nice. Also very easy to find!
The outlets didn’t like to keep the chargers connected, like all the outlets were too loose to hold onto a charging block for a phone

Close to the interstate, but not on it.
Looked really clean, no musty smells , very friendly, free water when we checked in.
Coffee at midnight, breakfast was full and plenty.
Ran out of pancake mix in the cooker?
Not really a big deal, there was plenty of food.

Breakfast was ok. Air conditioner in room was literally falling apart and VERY loud. The front panel fell off, the top panel fell off.
The overall experience was well below what we expect from Holiday Inn Expess
