Clean and had everything we needed
TV remote controls and DVD player didn’t work

Our caravan was lovely, super clean and comfy. Perfect for our family stay, had everything we needed. It was a private rent not through haven and I would thoroughly recommend. The only slight downside was the distance from the main entertainment area. The site is very hilly and we ended up having to drive around the site.
The play passes were expensive and the activities got booked up so quickly we couldn’t get booked onto much. We went into Hastings instead to do activities. I wouldn’t return to this particular Haven but perhaps try another.

"Ideal location, clean, and have to say we all commented on how comfortable the beds were.
Also the responsiveness of the owner (Naomi) in dealing with a minor repair to the shower was excellent, fix..."
