The room was good 👍

The room was closed and the keys were not available. The staff eventually opened the door, but I didn't get the keys. I stayed with the door unlocked.

The layout the pool the entire property. Especially the welcome drink made the experience top tier

The fact that it is part of Grand Caribe was a positive. It’s the only reason we had an enjoyable stay.

what you failed to mention on the site when I rented from you is that they have construction going on. It’s very difficult to enjoy a vacation when you’re down by the pool and hear all of the construction noise. also, taking showers daily was challenging. The water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold. If you did get a comfortable temperature to shower, it lasted for less than a minute. even after after asking them to fix this, it wasn’t rectified. as I stated earlier because it is part of Grand Caribe we were able to cross the street and enjoy the pools at Grand Caribe instead of at Sunset Caribe.
