Altho we live locally, we rented the Beach Bungalow for visiting family members over Christmas. The location, proximity to the beach and attractions, layout and amenities were exactly as described and perfect for the holiday. The communication, check-in and check-out were effortless. If you are looking for a beach house for a vacation or short get-away, this is the one.

Great place. Plenty of room and loads of amenities. Really appreciated the stocked kitchen and the all the beach stuff - towels, chairs, umbrellas…would definitely recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and clean with many amenities including the TVs in every room and plenty of beach chairs and towels. The beds were very comfortable as were the family room sofas. We enjoyed the outdoor area, the grill and the pool. The beach was also very nice and uncrowded. Would have stayed 2 weeks if we could have!

This house was perfect for what we needed. No trouble and the host was super responsive. It was very clean, great instructions for anything we needed to use and super close to the beach. We would stay again!

My family and I were spending a short vacation. The home had space where everyone was very comfortable. The location was great and the hot tub was tremendous. Most of us stayed in the hot tub rather than on the beach. The home is just so nice and I will try to rent it again if I am in the area. Our host was fabulous and checked on us a few times. We booked our stay as a last minute trip to celebrate our daughter's acceptance into University of Florida. Our group included 6 of us along with our family dog. We arrived to find the property in fantastic condition, tastefully decorated, and well appointed for our stay. The private beach is a short walk through an upscale neighborhood (maybe 2 blocks) and, aside from being a little chilly, didn't disappoint. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within just a couple of miles. Highly recommended. We will certainly be back!

Everything was perfect about this house. The house was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. Being so close the the beach was awesome. Suraya was a wonderful host and made everything easy.

This home is located close to everything we wanted: TPC Sawgrass, neighborhood beach access, fishing pier and shopping. It was beautifully decorated and furnished with all the basic kitchen and bathroom necessities needed. We stayed during the Christmas holiday and even had a Christmas tree. The backyard private patio was fabulous! We will definitely visit again.

This was a well-stocked and clean house. The checkin and checkout process were as easy as could be. Walking distance from an awesome beach, but you almost feel like you don’t have to leave the house because of the hot tub and backyard. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for my seven family members and I to live/sleep comfortably.

Had a blast at the house. The outdoor kitchen was great for our grilling after our fishing trip. Really enjoyed the huge hot tub. Everyone that the house was really nice and we were only two blocks from beach access as well as the restaurants/bars by the beach. If back I would definitely stay here again.

Expect to have a relaxing time at this location. They provide everything you need with a short walk to a private beach. Much needed get away for me and my family. I definitely plan to return!

Suraya was a great host- we loved staying at this property for our multi-family vacation! Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The property is updated with everything we needed. A 7ish minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and will be back! Thanks so much!

Great location, beautiful home with inviting back yard, comfortable beds, many beach items included. Wonderful beach just a short walk down the road. Great area for biking and relaxing on the beautiful beach which was never crowded. Would love to go back!

Amazing property with great management!
There is so much that I could say about this place, the location and the management and it is all good!
The place was perfect for our family. It was just the right amount of room. Smart TV’s we’re everywhere for entertainment. It was clean. The bathrooms were sparkling. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything plus a little more. We had all the pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. we could need to prepare what we wanted. They had a well stocked Big Green Egg grill for out door grilling (that we used). The pool/spa was an added bonus that we used frequently.
The location was perfect. We were just a few minutes walk to Jax beach. All the grocery and department stores we needed were just a couple minutes drive. That made it super easy.
The management was the best I ever worked with in VRBO. They were on top of everything and extremely accommodating. They were truly 6 stars out of 5.
I would highly recommend the place.

This is the PERFECT HOUSE!
We have stayed at many VRBO's and many beach houses. This is the perfect house for us. 2 couples and our dogs. Clean, close to the beach, centrally located and enough space on the property for people to co-habitate. Our go-to house in Jacksonville Beach.
This is now the only house we target for our trips to Jacksonville Beach. Location great, always clean/well kept, and property manager could not be any more accommodating. All good!

I honestly felt at home and amazed by how clean it was. There’s plenty of space inside and the back yard is so amazing. The spa is fun to have and because i’m a girlie girl her small touches in the details were my favorite. Such as the cafe lights outside, the welcome card, the fire place, and plenty of home essentials that allows for relaxing instead of wondering if you have everything you need. Household appliances, beach essentials, beach and bath towels, laundry products, beds, tv’s. furniture, and games went above and beyond my expectations.
I would stay here 1000 more times.

There are tons of towels, beach toys, and a fully outfitted kitchen. The outdoor bar area includes a green egg grill and the swim spa is huge. 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant had more than enough space and comfortable beds. By far one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever been in and I hope to stay here again.

Nice house and we had a great time as family. Beach is walkable distance and surprised not much crowd and had a blast. Owner immediately took care of plumbing issue at night. Great host!
