Location is great for the beach
The parking slot is very valuable in the area
The apt is in need of renovation
It is very basic and looks like it has not been refreshed or renovated in decades. Furniture and details are also old and old looking
When we booked the apt, the Booking rating was 8+ but the property lacks all the nice things of an 8+ property—it is very very basic
First day it smelled of cigarettes and it took 24 hours to get rid of the smell
There’s only one A/C machine
The shower is small, old, and every time you use it you will wet the floor
There are no window screens (pretty inconvenient in an area full of mosquitos)
