Cozy two bedroom condo centrally located. Loved the pizza place right across the street and daily bagel run! Had a great stay.

Staying at this condo was so awesome 😆 The view of the mountains in the morning was exhilarating. To be close to Main Street and being able to walk up and down visiting different stores was fun. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing and a heart breath taking holiday

Nice condo, great location and great views. This condo worked out very well for two couples staying downtown for a week. Very clean and with all the needed amenities. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We greatly preferred staying in Canmore compared to the much more crowded Banff area. I would highly recommend to others and would stay here again.

The condo was in a good area with easy access and a garage. The beds were comfortable. The condo wasn't as clean as I'd have liked--we had to clean a toilet, and baseboards and corners were dirty. Communication with the property management company was sometimes difficult, and they were quite defensive about any criticism. I'll look elsewhere in the future.

This bright 2-bedroom condo has comfy beds, 2 nice full bathrooms, and a balcony with lovely views of the mountains. It is quite close to town center, with charming cafes, shops, and galleries, and about a 15 minute walk from gorgeous trails along the Bow River or Spring Creek. The garage and building are quite secure. We spent a glorious 6 days here, making full use of the practical kitchen.

The place was well maintained and perfectly located. Appreciated the coffee and well furnished kitchen. Only complaint is that the rooms got too warm at night because the air conditioning only seemed to cool the living area. Also, perhaps providing a park pass would be an added benefit. Other than that, all was great. Communication was good and we had no problem accessing the building.

Lovely place to stay! Excellent location, very comfortable + welcoming. Breathtaking views of the 3 sisters and surrounding mountains. Especially liked the gas fireplace after a great day playing in the snow!

Absolutely great location and view. Had trouble with communication on simple things we had to have fixed. Example: hairdryer broke and it took two days to get one. Replacement was broken as well but no one even got back to us about it. Also don’t plan on using the dryer. That was broken as well. We ended up air drying our clothes and no one even acknowledged their concern. It was nice they had bear spray (you will need it) and park passes available. The hours of pickup and dropoff of these items weren’t convenient but the amenity was nice. Overall I would recommend this place but know communications and willingness to fix issues are lacking.

We just spent one day here along our travels but it was a relaxing stay.
The comunications to access the property were detailed and accurate. The unit is as described and nicely furnished and equipped.

Views from livingroom and deck space are great. Morning coffee outside enjoying the views was very nice.
Having a dedicated parking spot is a MUST when staying in downtown Canmore. This unit has one in a secured underground garage with direct elevator access into the building. The spot is good for any mid sized SUV. But it will be tight for trucks and Big SUV's.
One tip regarding the garage access to help you start your stay off right. This is a little tricky until you do it once. Then easy...
Read and fully understand the access directions before you ariive. Acess to the garage is from a one way narrow and busy alley way. You will be parked and blocking traffic while you perform the access directions. So be prepared with a plan before you arrive so as to make a quick entrance. Maybe google street view it first.

Canmore Place 312 is an excellent vacation rental. Location can't be beat, and the condo amenities were all excellent. Very well stocked kitchen made it simple to do our own cooking when we wanted to.

Location is impeccable and the condo had everything we needed. The parking spot was essential for our trip and worked well, once we figured out what the opening instructions meant. The floor cleaner leaves a residue in which you can see foot prints. Not a biggie as we had a chuckle about it.
Definitely a great place in a quiet building really close to everything in Canmore!

Lovely apartment in secure building, underground parking just watch the tailgate as ceiling is low. Rooms ate spacious and inviting. Had a lovely stay here just wish it had been longer.

This place is just what we needed after a long day of hiking. Great master bath. Extremely clean and very comfy beds. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. And it has a great view and the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canmore condo. The location was great and the size of the unit was perfect for our family. The view is fantastic - WOW. And the reserved parking was a real asset. There were a few things that kept the stay from being fantastic. I was really sold on the balcony when I reserved the unit - however the chairs on the balcony were basically unusable - with the seat webbing shredded. We basically couldn't use the balcony during our stay - a real disappointment given the view and the beautiful weather we had. There were a number of light bulbs burned out - in the kitchen and dining room. There is no access to streaming services on the TV - only local stations on traditional cable. When I emailed the management company about whether there were streaming services available, I received no response. Lastly, there was no bear spray as promised. We had to buy our own and left it in the unit for the next guests. Seems like that is an important feature to have available to guests. The condo is very nice, but could have easily been fantastic. Rockies Rentals - you should do better for future guests.

Excellent communication leading up to our stay. Love the little bits of humour.
Condo was as advertised, not luxury but everything you need for a short stay.
Improvements:
Ice maker was not working so more ice trays already filled or a complimentary bag of ice cubes.
Bigger fan in second bedroom.

It is hard coming back to reality after a nice holiday. We appreciated how well you handled all our little problems during our stay. I doubt that I've seen as a clean a ceramic stove top in all our years of condo rentals as the one in 312, either your housecleaners do a very good job or most people don't cook! We usually don't stay in condos at that end of town but it worked out so well with all the coffee shops within easy walking distance, especially now as we are getting older.
