The location is a stones throw from the main square, so perfect! The apartment was spacious and the rooftop terrace a bonus. There is a lift in the building and looked like one apartment per floor. Two twin bedrooms, kitchen, lounge /dining area and bathroom as you enter. Then up a spiral staircase to next level where you find another bathroom and the door to the terrace. From there the third bedroom is on a mezzanine level accessed by the spiral staircase. So not a room with a door, not a problem for us but others may prefer privacy. Our host was very helpful, recommended restaurants and we were able to leave our cases on our departure day.

The apartment is tired! It is in desperate need of some attention, just a lick of paint would make a big difference! The sofas & furniture could do with being replaced and some extra bits n pieces in the kitchen would be beneficial. The furniture on the terrace I dont think has ever been cleaned, we had to put towels down before using. Anyone with mobility issues would find the spiral staircase difficult. The stairs are the same colour as the flooring so would be easy to miscalculate last step. A cabin sized suitcase you could take up to third bedroom but not a hold sized case.

if you want to be in the centre of the Valencia action this is the place. the apartment is spacious, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. The terrace space is delightful and the beds are comfortable.

Those sofas! there are two sofas in the living room area. they are most unattractive, messy looking and do not appear to be very clean. they are the first thing you see when you get into the apartment and they depressed me every time I came in. This place could be wonderful with a bit of attention to detail. right now it lacks charm and is somewhat dowdy.

Very central , great access to old town . good facilities in kitchen and bathrooms .Beds comfortable etc Rooftop terrace large and inviting but large sunshade was not usable due to instability and possible safety issues . So we used a blanket to make our own shade . The swifts flying around and over the streets, wonderful.

Very hot up on roof top terrace without a home made alternative, it would have been unusable. Floors on three levels all accessed by a spiral staircase which was ok for us but could be difficult if you have mobility issues .Street noises at night, church bells , cleaning , dustbin collection , occasionally late night revellers could be disruptive to sleep and one night a burglar alarm on nearby shop which went on for hours didn't help . Double glazed windows were vg at cutting out these sounds , but it was so warm we wanted the fresh air and opened the windows. Refurbisment works in the nearby Square we're a bit intrusive too. I think there was a A/C unit but we didn't realize to the last day

City centre location. Friendly, helpful host, worked with me to meet me outside when we arrived, really flexible (Javier was great)! Felt safe in apartment. Lift up to the apartment. Free WiFi. Comfy beds. Clean bed linen. Large apartment. Roof top terrace/views/church bells ringing. Two bathrooms (one on ground and one on upper floor). Three bedrooms (two twin on ground and one king on upper mezzanine). Lots of wardrobe space. Lots of lounge seating. Washing machine/dishwasher. Lots of extras like toilet roll, kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners, foil, salt, pepper, reading books and even bottle of wine when we arrived (made arrival really good). Access to things like hoover, drying rack, mop etc. Simple, smooth departure process.

Some additional kitchen items would be helpful (toaster, chopping board, jug, butter knives, storage tubs and couple extra pans). Needs new hairdryer. Spiral staircase to main bedroom and first floor not good for people with walking issues (fine for us).
