The value is the best part. The front desk was also very accommodating and in general everything was at a more than acceptable standard.
The AC was inconsistent which is a death sentence in Tokyo during the summer, and the bed is super uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and easy to check in and out. Quiet area and walking distance to the subway stations and train. Close to many things we wanted to do
The room was quite small for 2 people and the shower curtain was a little stained. There was a stain on the toilet seat cover in the inside of the seat as well
