Cute old house. Great location. Easy check in process.

The thick stone walls of this house keep in the warm in the winter, keep in the cool during the summer, and keep out random noise; perfect! Parking can be a bit tricky if you have a car though.

My niece, mom and I were excited to stay here, as it was close to my nephew's place, but after I booked and paid, the owner cancelled the reservation. Very disappointing.

Historic home right on The Hill. Owner sooo attentive to all inquires. Home has bountiful interesting touches. Kitchen has tea, coffee and condiments which is convenient if you are cooking in. The property is half of an old home and I think the next door neighbor uses driveway for his bike repair business so front and back yards pretty unattractive and clunky. Once inside though that goes away. Beds very comfortable and shower great.

The inside of the duplex is great. There are two bedrooms, one bath, a beautiful kitchen, and a sitting area. My husband and I stayed for the weekend with one adult son. I would go again!

910 University is a great location -the house has a fun artistic charm, was very clean and is well stocked. (Exceptional kitchen supplies but it was too hot too cook.)
The host was very pleasant and helpful.
Beware of the summer heat, though. No AC on the ground floor provided a comfort-challenge during record-breaking summer heat.

Little Boulder getaway
Lucy was a great host and we had such an enjoyable stay. The place has such a good vibe and is very tastefully decorated.
We loved the location being so close to downtown Boulder and Chautauqua Park. We will defiantly stay there again.

This small house is carefully decorated and finished. Centrally located. We really enjoyed staying at this house.

Absolutely loved staying here, it was a wonderful location and was exactly as pictured. The upstairs bedroom was honestly bigger then I thought. My only suggestions would be to add a humidifier for the out of town people struggling with the dry Colorado air and if there is a way to add a projector in the living room area that would be amazing. Obviously just personal preference there, the stay was still wonderful.

We stayed here while helping our son move in to his dorm. Perfect location! Right by campus and so easy to get to stores and restaurants. Kitchen has been remodeled very recently!

Very comfortable home in great location
This is a very nice home in a great neighborhood. The house is charming and comfortable and the host was very responsive. It would be perfect during cooler months but without air conditioning (we were confused and thought it had airconditioning) it was extremely hot during the time of our stay. Other than that, I recommend this charming little house!

Perfect “Work from Home” Setup!
We needed a place to work from home and there was more than enough desk space for the three of us! Short walks to the hill bars/restaurants, CU campus and pearl street, and not a bad walk to the flatirons hike. The place is very charming from the front/back patio, interior details and even the coffee mugs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to take advantage of everything that makes Boulder great.
