The property had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The neighbors were very friendly and a big plus was watching the falcon heavy launch from the front porch.

It’s a great location close to beach and retail establishments. An older cottage type home, but relatively well maintained and clean. Kids enjoyed sleeping and escaping in their own separate living space in the first floor finished basement (parents appreciated that separation as well, lol).

We loved staying at this house. It was clean and had everything we needed. I loved sitting in the porch swing drinking coffee with a view of the ocean and it was a short walk to the beach. It was pleasant to sit out there at night also. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the bedroom ceiling fans need to be replaced. They rattle terribly and are very noisy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but please fix the fans!

Excellent location. Easy walk to beach and waterway. Great porch with view of ocean. Great neighborhood, very quiet this time of year. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking gear. Well maintained exterior. Everything was clean. Interior dated but was functional. Only complaint was bathroom very small and tight. Did not use separate lower level area, it has a separate entry than main house. Good for small families. Beach was wide and very clean. Lots of shells. Holden beach is mostly residential and family oriented

Upon arrival Vacasa went above & beyond to meet our needs. The house was cleaned and smelled nice and was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods, laundry pods, and plenty of towels. The beds were also made up with nice clean sheets. I am thoroughly impressed with this house as well as the quality of service from Vacasa.

Loved Holden beach have been blessed to stay there many times before. Just bad experience with this one, horrible smell when we arrived at the house and some black mold down stairs and in the air conditioner was very thick overall it was a great place and easy access to the beach

Cute little beach cottage!
Great location, easy walk to the beach, the home is a little older but well upkept. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom and that there was some separation between the rooms. Vacasa staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

The upstairs of the house is very comfortable and clean and being able to bring your pet is a huge bonus! The front porch is large with several nice rocking chairs and a porch swing. You can see and hear the ocean from the porch which is wonderful, especially for the price. There is public beach access within easy walking distance at the end of the street. The downstairs is arranged well but there is a strong musty oder. We did it need that area so it did not affect our visit.
