We have come from the east coast to have holiday time with our adult daughter, who lives in San Diego. We like to rent properties with nice views where we can all stay together with her nice dog. This was by far our favorite place we have stayed in- beautiful views, nicely laid out spaces, well equipped, thoughtfully appointed. We loved the large sunny deck area and the view of water by day and distant city lights at night. The location is quiet and walkable to beaches and businesses. We enjoyed exploring all of San Diego from here.

Property owner is attentive and responsive, instructions are clear, property is located in a quite neighborhood and has a great view.
Although two restrooms have been recently renovated, rest of the property needs renovation soon, there's not enough hot water to shower a family, full of ants, dryer turns itself off, main door lock needs fixing, overall cleanness was bad, not enough shower pressure in the primary room, noisy A/C units. Didn't reach out to the owner during stay because most of these require major fixing.

This property is in the perfect location with a surprisingly beautiful view of the skyline and sea.
The floorpan is interesting and open. We would have liked if the couch was more comfortable, but the fireplace was great. My friend's hair turned green from the hot tub, but it was fun to use. Took awhile to heat up. Would stay again for the deck alone. Fun place!

Lovely townhouse style type home with a great view. When I cooked dinner, I had to clean the pot before using it and I could not get the oven to work. The house was a bit dusty - I cleaned the bed headboard as the dust was clearly visible. The home is perfectly located for my needs - I would certainly return.

Our stay was a total pleasure! The property was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, easy to walk to the beach and local eateries/shops plus fantastic views from the sun deck!

This is an absolutely lovely home in a very quiet area of North PB. The house is very well stocked and clean. Our doggies loved it! Super close to Tourmaline Beach! Beds are super comfy as well. The best deck and views! We have been coming to San Diego for two decades and this is our favorite place we have stayed. We will be back for sure!

Convenient to the beach, downtown San Diego. The adult sons where a little hot in the small bedroom as the floor fan didn't cool the top of the room. We parked on the street as the driveway (as we were warned) has an odd angle. But we had a fabulous time. The kitchen wouldn't satisfy a gourmet chef but we were just fine.

There was plenty of room for 2 couples and a dog. The house was in the middle of all of our activities. We watched fireworks from the balcony and had many relaxing meals out there. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us. (The only negative was that the dryer wasn't working well)

My wife, myself, and our 18 month old stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. Location was great, being just close enough to the beach and downtown Pacific Beach without getting all the noise and traffic. The house had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys/gear.
We used the deck extensively off the main living room for relaxing and playtime. It being fully enclosed/fenced in was helpful for wrangling our little one. Prachi was very timely and very helpful answering my questions in advance of our stay as well.

Great location and well appointed house
My wife, myself, and our 18 month old stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. Location was great, being just close enough to the beach and downtown Pacific Beach without getting all the noise and traffic. The house had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys/gear.
We used the deck extensively off the main living room for relaxing and playtime. It being fully enclosed/fenced in was helpful for wrangling our little one. Prachi was very timely and very helpful answering my questions in advance of our stay as well.

Notre séjour a été fantastique. La maison est confortable, bien équipée, jolie, très propre, spa tie use, située dans un quartier très calme mais proche de tout (commerces, plages, restaurants, coiffeurs etc).
Prachi et son mari sont adorables, très serviables et répondent très vite si besoin.

The owners were quite lovely and were unbelievably responsive when it came to answering any questions or concerns. In fact, Prachi went as far as recommending a bakery for a birthday cake and when the garbage disposal didn't seem to be working, Jim came right over to check it out. It was a simple fix, that we could have done ourselves, but the fact that he took the time to do it, spoke volumes.Those kinds of attention to detail were most appreciated. The home itself is extremely comfortable and is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will certainly be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful and relaxing family get together at the property.
Enjoyable location to unwind close to beach and restaurant area but away from rush and crowd. Great deck and open air feeling for dinners, sunsets and family socializing.

Great views, modern venue, awesome amenities!
I had a wonderful stay at this spot in North PB! This place has an AMAZING view of the ocean, and I was able to enjoy some beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet which was great for me as I was working remotely (strong wifi as well). North PB is a great location because you are in between PB (fun nightlife) and La Jolla (great restaurants) Modern kitchen and huge master bedroom was a plus. Hot tub and BBQ made for enjoyable evenings after work. Will definitely be back!
