I liked everything.

I stayed at Stella Di Mare Sea Club in Ain Sokhna from 11th to 13th September and overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would especially like to thank the Reception team, Souty and Rania , who were extremely pleasant, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. They always greeted guests with a smile and remained professional and supportive, even during busy moments. A special thank you as well to Mariam from Guest Relations, who was very kind, attentive, and helpful. Her friendly attitude made a positive difference during our stay. Also Essa from the Lifeguard team, who was very attentive and always alert and helpful, contributing to a safe and comfortable experience around the pool. The Animation Team was also very pleasant, energetic, and engaging with the children. They did a great job keeping the kids entertained and creating a fun atmosphere for families. I would also like to recognize the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Manager, who were very receptive to feedback and always willing to listen to any comments or concerns and take the necessary action to address and rectify them. Their responsiveness was highly appreciated. One of the hotel’s highlights is definitely its beautiful sandy beach, which is very nice and particularly suitable for families and children.

There are a few points that I believe could further improve the guest experience: Room facilities: It would be great if the rooms could include a dressing table/vanity with a mirror, which would be more convenient for guests when getting ready. Water during dinner: Adding a water dispenser in the restaurant during dinnerwould be a convenient option for guests and would make the dining experience more comfortable. Main restaurant air conditioning: The air conditioning in the main restaurant needs to be checked and properly fixed, as maintaining a comfortable temperature would significantly improve the dining experience

The room is clean

There was a lot of chaos during both dinner and breakfast. The level of service was poor, and disorder filled the place—I felt for a moment as if it were a fight for survival, not a dinner buffet. There were not enough staff members to serve the restaurant. It was also misleading: the photos showed that there was a nightclub, and during check-in at the reception we were told there were many activities, but later we discovered there was only one area offering family and children’s activities, contrary to what had been presented and promised.
