We were impressed with our accommodations. It was clean, functional and fun. Its a great location and the place had everything you could imagine or want. Tammy was an excellent communicator and easy to work with. This is an ideal place to stay when you're in Palm Desert!

When booking this condo it sells you on the fact that it sits on a golf course, has tennis/pickleball courts and a fitness centre. What it doesn’t mention that as a guest you cannot use them. We were staying for two weeks so probably would not have chosen this one had we known. While it was clean , it is dated and old with many maintenance issues such as light bulbs burnt out, the fluorescent light in kitchen blinks on and off, some blinds didn’t work , the kitchen tap doesn’t work etc, etc. The biggest issue was the shower in the main bath didn’t work at all so 4 adults had to share one which was very inconvenient. When I told the owner that it didn’t work, she said she would send a plumber, but then sent me a message that she was not able to find one so she would give us a $200 refund which We never received. I told her when she did get a plumber to fix it, that she should get the kitchen tap fixed at the same time as it didn’t work, she said yes she knew about that. My question is, if you knew the tap didn’t work, then why was it not fixed.? The patio furniture is in very bad condition and should be thrown out. The cushions are rotten and have holes in them. When you sit on the chairs you almost fall through them. It is in a good central location in Palm dessert. The complex is well kept and quiet.
