The location
In the summer is SUPER HOT inside with almost zero air circulation.

Staff was friendly and facilities were great to use. Location is really fantastic it was easy to get to anywhere in central London and a very straight forward commute from/to the airport
Staff could have been more on top of my expected check-in. I told them I had a flight delay and that my guest was arriving halfway through my trip but somehow there were still mix-ups in the check-in process. I eventually figured out the wifi but there were no instructions on how to link to it from staff or info cards. It was also pretty dirty. Floors were kinda gross even in the common hallway (though the lobby looked nice).
