We had a wonderful stay at Whiskey Rapids! Beautiful views from this cabin, stocked kitchen for our cooking needs, grill, and cozy beds made for an awesome landing pad for our family between our adventures. The kids loved the projector and games. We weren’t able to bring our dogs but appreciated how dog friendly it was. Would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks so much.

Host was excellent with easy communication. Cabin was perfect for two couples & being dog friendly scored high for us when pets are our family. Had a great weekend getaway with awesome view of the mountains.

Great little cabin in the middle of nowhere, perfect for what my wife and I were trying to do - just get away from everyone for a few days! We brought our dogs, but please note that they do charge a per dog, per night fee even though that's not listed in their description. I emailed them ahead of our stay to confirm we could have multiple dogs with us, which they agreed to, but then after booking I was asked to pay more fees which seemed a bit off. I agreed to only pay the fee for a single dog and it worked out.The cabin itself is great, sitting at around 7500' elevation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and never leave. The outdoor bbq grill was nice to have. The bed was comfy, multiple bathrooms was nice. We never used the loft, as it was just my wife and I. I can imagine the place is pretty hot during the summer months w/o A/C, but we were comfortable with some windows open and the fans on during our stay near the end of May.The projector was an OK touch, but don't expect like 4K HDR quality or anything. If it were my place I'd just hang a regular TV on the wall. We watched some movies and a few NBA/NHL games on it, it did the job. But I'd set your expectations low for it. I'm technically inclined so setting it up wasn't hard. Lots of deer walking by daily! We took the dogs for a walk or two every day, there's a nice 1.5-2 mile loop you can do around the dirt roads of the development with some nice elevation gains. Would stay again!

Great host, beautiful location, cozy cute cabin, many extra amenities for guests pleasure and convenience! We would definitely stay here again!
