This unit was just as described, very nice. It would have been nice to have had coffee filters with the other coffee service items that were there. Bedding is very comfortable. Hair dryer in master bath needs to be replaced.

Great location. No problems on checking in. Biggest issues: - Internet service is awful (tried multiple devices). Slow speeds and just not good overall experience. Had to go to Lobby to get a decent consistent connection.- Hot tub was barely lukewarm and unusable. Called to ask to fix but nothing happened.

My wife and I go to Mammoth for the snowboarding. We enjoy not needing to drive while we are up there. This condo is practically ski in and out (maybe 20 feet of walking if I'm being picky), the garage is heated, and there are elevators. The condo has very good lighting (we work remote, good lighting makes all the difference when we have to work). If you plan on cooking, bring your own spices (some places have mountains of spices in their drawers from what people had left, this place has salt and pepper). But really, this place is nice.It is worth noting, this wasn't our original place. We had arrived up in Mammoth for a week and the place we were going to stay had a roof leak over the bed. The management company found another place for us which was impressive giving the length of stay and absolutely amazing season Mammoth is currently having.

Excellent condo for a family with 2 kids. Clean, modern, nicely furnished. Ski-in-ski-out location is an added convenience. Internet connection inside the room (ethernet cable) was at least 3 times slower than standard cable-modem can provide. Check-in time is 4pm with check-out at 10am. This is unreasonable.
