Our vacation was great - took my three kids under 5. The open layout downstairs made the space feel big and usable. The dedicated parking is around the corner, which made loading/unloading a little trickier but overall a great vacation.

Clean, great location. Only downside was an electric grill. I wish it was propane or charcoal, but understand the limitations. Would definitely rent again!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Centrally located, so you can walk to the beach, the bay, and local restaurants. It is on a main street, which we did not mind and did not impact the quality of our vacation. The owner is extremely responsive. Lavallette is a very family oriented town. We had a wonderful week!

Ocean and Bay
It was nice being in the center of both sides, going to the ocean , would have liked a cross walk there, and going to the bay to see the sunset!

Had a wonderful time in Lavallette. The property is in a great location! Wish there was a backyard space with a BbQ grill and some privacy off the street. Otherwise, great place, great week in Lavallette!

Had a great time with my 2 18+ sons and a bunch of their friends. They could easily walk everywhere. So close to the beach, shops, restaurants and ice cream. Jen, the homeowner was so responsive and easy to work with. She was great! The house has everything you need! Would stay again
