The house is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with a nice added touch of a basket of snacks. Great location in town. The owners are great to deal with, very responsive. We would stay there again.

You will not be disappointed with this amazing, beautifully renovated and brilliantly stocked cottage! The hosts do an amazing job stocking and cleaning this property and we felt spoiled. I've stayed in 5-star resorts that we not nearly as nice or comfortable. The host must be a professional interior designer because every room was remarkable! The location is a perfectly charming and very quiet neighborhood, only a short walk to coffee and breakfast. We will be back!

We loved everything about our stay in this charming, spacious home! The pictures don’t even do it justice! It’s got rustic charm with updated modern amenities. It was spotless upon our arrival and the snack basket was a welcome treat! We loved walking into town in the mornings to explore the shops and cafes. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage! We got pretty lucky with cooler weather conditions, so the portable A/C downstairs helped when we needed it. The bathrooms are a little small, however they have been renovated and they heated flooring was nice. We would have loved to keep the windows open, but there are no screens! We had a great stay and the cottage served us well!

This lovely cozy house is in a great location. A short walk into town for excellent restaurants and fun shops. It is well appointed with nice linens, comfortable beds, furnishings and an incredible kitchen.

We loved our stay! Our daughter wanted a winter wedding in Flagstaff and her dreams came true with the abundance of snow they had. Two of our daughters stayed with us and the home was just perfect! Warm and inviting. Our hosts anticipated our every need from their amazing accommodations to a thoughtful and yummy welcome basket of treats. Nestled in a lovely neighborhood that is less than a mile from downtown we enjoyed being able to explore and not spend all our time in the car. The rooms are all very spacious and beds were all comfortable. The home was very clean and well kept. Located on the corner, made every room bright and cheery. We had a wonderful time!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owners are kind, thoughtful and responsive, and their home is lovely. The kitchen and baths are beautiful and modern, the towels are terrific and the beds/bed linens are super-comfy. Karen also provided the best snacks and plenty of paper products. Our trip to Flagstaff was made even better by the accommodations. If plans bring you to the area, we highly recommend staying here. Many thanks Karen and Jay!

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah at this nicely appointed condo within walking distance of the historic district. We especially loved having dinner outside on the back patio! Parking was always easy to find, though it was a bit confusing about what to do on street sweeping night. The host company was prompt with answering our questions and helped us deal with a very unusual situation involving an item a previous guest had left behind. The beds were quite comfortable, and our only note is that the upstairs A/C struggles a bit in warmer weather as one might expect in an older house. The living spaces were also comfortable and the outside street was quiet, even on a Saturday night. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in walking distance to downtown Flagstaff. The home is beautifully appointed with an attention to the smallest details. We even had heated floors in the bathrooms! This feels like home because the hosts Karen and Jay are very welcoming and the home is cozy and comfortable for both teens and adults. We were there during the recent winter snowstorm and had lots of lovely snow. Jay even came and shoveled out the driveway, without us even asking. We loved this location and we had a peaceful, enjoyable stay in large part thanks to this beautiful home. If there were more stars to give, I would!

We chose this rental for our trip to Arizona because we wanted to stay in Flagstaff so we could go to the Lowell Observatory at night (and we wanted to be close to it). It was so close—just a few minutes away! We also did day trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona and the drives weren’t bad, The house was so cute and charming. Host set out a bowl of snacks and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. (Thank you!). Everything was great and we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect for exploring both Flagstaff and the ring of amazing places surrounding, from Grand Canyon to Lowell Observatory, Walnut Canyon to Sunset Crater. Absolutely wonderful home in a great neighborhood location. Hosts provided a bottle of wine, sparkling water and a tray of snacks that were greatly appreciated after a flight to and drive from Phoenix. Walking to downtown Flag was easy and pleasant. Can’t recommend it enough!

The house was even cuter than the pictures! Beautiful details of its craftsman style were honored while everything was updated to modern standards. The living space comfortably seated 10 people for dinner and movies. The kitchen was completely updated with a gorgeous gas stove. Beds were super comfortable with down pillows, blankets and mattress pads. Bathrooms were VERY clean and well-stocked. The attention to detail and guest comfort in this home was exceptional!
The location was in walking distance to downtown. Downtown is home to many unique and tasty restaurants. There is great shopping in downtown Flagstaff, including three outdoor stores. The house is within running distance to Buffalo Park and the Coconino National Forest. I would definitely recommend this home to any family or friends travelling to Flagstaff.
