Was there to celebrate mother 75th and husband 55th birthday.

We had a lovely stay in this St. Charles house. It was easy to find, and easy to navigate to the highway to get to St. Louis, and side roads to get to historic St. Charles, and many grocery stores, and despite all of this the neighborhood was quiet.
We had a family Thanksgiving meal here and were able to cook a feast in the kitchen.
Hidden gem of a backyard- I can imagine us playing games in the back - if only it were a little warmer while we were there. The Internet worked great!
The beds were comfortable for us and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit the inlaws.

Location great. One bed didn't have a top sheet. Under beds wasn't cleaned well, noticed when doing exercises in main bedroom. Otherwise very nice!

We’ve been friends for almost 40 years and try to get together once a year or so. This place was perfect for the 3 of us. Super comfortable and accessible to lots to do in St Louis. In a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe.

Loved this cute house! Everything was up to date and clean. I liked the special little details they thought of. Mints in the kitchen. Extra coffee. Washer and Dryer available. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

We loved it. Very clean. Very comfortable. Great host who went out of the way to make us ladies happy with coffee supplies and paper supplies, we would go back there if we visit again. Was close to casino and restaurant and touristy sites.

We were 4 senior ladies meeting up. I flew into St.Louis from Chicago. My two sisters came up from southern Missouri and our niece drove up from Arkansas. The house was in a perfect area for getting around St.Charles. We had enough room for our family that lives in St.Charles to visit with us. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend

We stayed here when attending a concert at the amphitheater. Clean place with everything we needed. Living in the country I am used to quiet and this place was perfect. Great communication from the host.

Everything was smooth and easy with no problems at all. The house smelled good, looked good, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Will stay here again next time we are in town.

We had a great stay at Bryan’s place. The home is in an amazing location, right down the road from the Saint Charles Convention Center and close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is spacious with plenty of room for a family. The only recommendation I would have is to upgrade bed/ mattresses. The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable. Overall, it was still a great place to stay because of the spaciousness of the home, the quiet neighborhood and perfect location.

Very nice property close to restaurants and stores. We were here for a soccer tournament and everyone enjoyed the stay. The house is great and host us very welcoming.

This house was a perfect home base for our family ladies’s trip. We had plenty of space for gathering around the kitchen table or seating areas for delivery pizza, great conversation and lots of laughter. The location was perfect for visiting historic downtown St. Charles as well as a nearby winery in Defiance.

Bryan was a great host and a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. The property was clean and spacious with a nice outside space. The rooms were peaceful & the king bedroom was very comfortable. The decor and space overall was homey and we enjoyed having a relaxing space.

This vacation home was perfect for what we needed. The amount of extra things the host included was amazing (fully stocked kitchen, extra soaps/conditioners, TVs in every room, etc). We will definitely book again the next time we are in the St. Louis area.

This property was awesome and perfect for our family. Bryan was also an awesome host. Checking in was a breeze and Bryan was always available. I needed to check in earlier than 4p and he obliged, without question. The home was immaculately decorated and included decor for the upcoming Easter holiday. There was plenty of space for family time and the neighborhood was safely kept away, but very close to many attractions located within the St. Charles area. After he granted us a late checkout, Bryan reached out to ensure our family didnt leave anything behind during our stay. How thoughtful! I highly recommend this property and Bryan. I'm sure you'll have awesome stay!

The place looks exactly as pictured in the photos. Everything was clean and in good working order. It was decorated very cute for valentines day. We had a good stay and it worked well for our small family of four.
It was a neighborhood near The Streets of St Charles which is a bit different from the historic Mian Street of St Charles, also not so far away. The neighborhood was a row of neat small homes.

This place was super cute and perfect for our stay. Check in was very simple. When we arrived the home was decorated so nice and the host added special touches with valentine decor. We absolutely loved it. Really clean and perfect for having dinner with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I wish we would've booked another night. The location was easy to find and close to everything you may need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also. Definitely recommend this host.

We did not have heat during our entire stay. It was 62 degrees in the house and very uncomfortable. Messages were sent to the property owner and through VRBO several times and as of today, 12/16/22, we have not received a response. Since our messages have been ignored, we will not choose to stay here again.

No problem in making a reservation, easy to access, clean with plenty of towels, utensils, cleaning products and was just so homely. If I visit in that area again. I will make sure I reserve this home again. Just so nice.
