Very friendly and helpful staff. Because there were only ten guests, the camp was quiet and peaceful.
Swimming pool was very nice, the sunbeds also.
We got an upgrade, and had a bigger room ('Fes') than booked, nice! This also had a minibar filled with 2 small bottles of water.
At diner we could eat at la carte, not a big menu, but enough variety. Loved that we could sit facing the lake at diner.
Breakfast is very good!
To reach the camp (from Marrakech) we drove for about 5 minutes on a bumpy and rocky road. Still doable by normal car, but not really comfortable.
Parkinglot is in front of the entrance. Ofcourse free.
For a luxury resort, I would love to have the bathroom come to these standards too. Lots of waterdamage on the wood and tiles.
The taps are also coroded and the toilet kept running water, a bit of a jiggle, and it was fixed for that moment.
So, little adjustments, but beautiful and peaceful place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.

From the moment you drive up there is staff there waiting at the door to greet you and attend to your every need until you walk through the gate again upon leaving. The food is amazing, the views are spectacular, the amenities are clean and beautiful. The tents are gorgeous, quite, comfortable, peaceful and yet have all the modern amenities that you need. I can't say enough about this camp. Our visit here provided us the time to relax, unplug, find much needed peace and tranquility. We are so very grateful for our time there.
There is nothing to not like.

The camps are nicely done and the surrounding area. The beds are big and comfortable. Staff are so kind. We done the quading in the rain and we got to go really fast and do as we pleased which was fun
Bathroom was too cold to even have a shower in. We went in December and I wouldn’t recommend. A lot of the activities we couldn’t do because of the rain and the tent was quite cold. In the camp itself there is not much to do
