Trotz Vorkasse über Booking musste bei der Ankunft noch die Emailadresse und weitere Angaben ergänzt werden. Die sollten aber von Booking bereits übermittelt worden sein. Das geht besser.
Abendessen nur Buffet für 29,90 €. Zwar reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl, aber qualitativ m. E. unzureichend.
Frühstück 19,90 € extra, war zwar ebenfalls reichhaltig mit viel Auswahl, aber qualitativ nicht gut. Zum Beispiel die Brotbackwaren empfand ich als nicht angemessen.
Bei einem Zimmerpreis für das Einzelzimmer von 134,10 € per Vorkasse passen Preis und Leistung m. E. hier gar nicht zusammen.

The breakfast was very good. Closeness to the skiing area was appreciated as we could watch the kids practice from the comfort of the lounge.

all very good, if it had a pool in the spa area it would make it perfect for a family (kids skiing, parents relaxing)

From arrival at reception to leaving, the stay was lovely, couldn't of asked for better.
Resturant buffet style was perfect lots of choice.
Room was quiet large and comfy perfect for what i required
The hotel and the facilities were second to None, lovely hotel lovely area close to commute in the mornings, worth a look if booking in this area, Reception staff so helpful

the housekeeping was a mess , we stayed for a week and each day there was some other mistake.
Ski school also made a huge mistake that was fixed eventually but definitely spoiled the mood
shame as otherwise it’s a great hotel

I could not try the gym and wellness center (I understood they were part of the hotel stay) but the facilities are really good

Very good breakfast and close to highway. Nice staff and fantastic indoor ski slope that we had to try. Nice and big rooms.
