Sultan Suleyman Palace Hotel & Spa

I like the location of the hotel, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was across from the hotel, a bit unusual but ok and the breakfast items were good and really delicious. It’s is a great hotel

The pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom was too tight with the sink really small, although the shower was good size. I might just book a bigger room or suite next time.

Service was not just outstanding, but it was superb

The room that I reserved was very, very, very small to the fact that you couldn’t even open your suitcase without putting it on the bed and our second suitcase couldn’t even be open so you have to decide how to do this if you’re gonna stay at this hotel, they’re bigger rooms Work much better

This property is located on a busy street. Small reception. Space for 4 people to sit down. Tea and coffee served by the ever helpful Yakup on reception. We liked the location in terms of being near to restaurants and the main venues of Blue Mosque, Hagi Sophia and Bascilica Cistern. Our rooms were okay with fresh bedding and towels. Breakfast at the restaurant across the road was fresh and tasty. The hamam and spa is excellent. Would recommend this. Yakup gives us a complimentary small bottle of red wine to enjoy on the rooftop. Much appreciated. Yakup also arranged our airport transfer.

The beds were too hard to get a good night's sleep. They need mattress toppers ASAP. The shower went hot and cold and our loo seemed to have water running when the room next door flushed. Sound leakage from next door also not great.
