Closeness to the metro.
The place smelt grease and food. Very stAiring the place didn`t help. All facilities and furniture are in bad shape, looked dirty but actually they were acceptably clean. No TV. Actually the place is run like an AirBNB and is nothing more than an economic AirBNB. It has no place in Booking.com.
We also spent at least an hour to get in. Because it was found through Booking.com and was called Yongfeng, we were shocked to see a house with no one answering the door. We were almost convinced of fraud. After knocking and ringing many many times, boing back and forth, asking people about Yongfeng, the host opened the door and scolded us for not coming on time. Rude and self-righteous!! SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISED by BOOKING. COM. It is FALSE advertisement.

Staff refused to offer me a double bed as per the booking even though the room seems available. He said that room was already booked. He said that he would refund me if i dont like the room.
