La zona si trova a metà (10-12 km) sia da santa Teresa che da Palau, due ottimi centri dove poter fare acquisti e uscire alla sera, oltre che da visitare per spiaggie e paesaggio. La casa è in una posizione collinare, immersa nella natura, alla quale si accede grazie a una strada privata che si trova a neanche 5 minuti dal paese di Portopozzo. Il centro, anche se più piccolo di Santa Teresa e Palau, offre vari negozi e ristoranti e una spiaggia dove vi è anche una scuola di vela. Le spiagge sono a circa 10-15 minuti di macchina, eccetto quella del paese che è raggiungibile in 5 minuti.

The house is located near the most beautiful beaches of Gallura. For lovers of wind surfing, Porto pollo beach is the epicentre of kitesurfing in Sardinia, as this spot has some of the best wind conditions in Europe. The total length of the beach is near 3.5 kilometers, offering wonderful views of Isola dei Gabbiani to the north, the Maddalena Archipelago to the north-east, and Corsica to the north-west.
The Maddalena archipelago is
Groups of small islands on the Sardinia North-East coast - Spargi Island. A full day boat trip is highly recommended to visit all the islands and bays. In the port of Porto pozzo you can rent inflatables or take guided tours along the archipelago.
