Four couples stayed here for two nights for our Mardi Gras ball. The condo was spacious enough (4 bathrooms was a must) and the balcony was great.
I hope the owners add in their description that there is a Keureg type coffee maker, not a drip type coffee maker. Just a heads up so you can come prepared. There is a super Walmart almost across the street, so not a huge deal.

Overall, we had a great stay!! Despite the cold weather (winter season) we had a great time walking by the beach and really enjoyed the not-so-crowded neighborhood of Panama City Beach.
The unit itself had a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms and by the end of our stay we were no longer able to use it. We also had some issues with the assigned parking spot randomly being taken by other cars, but we managed. Most of the mattresses are not the most comfortable; I believe they are getting to their end of life.
Other than that, we enjoyed the place and everything was as described in the listing and the pictures.

The view is absolutely amazing . This room also has a great parking spot very easily accessed from the road . Was very pleased with my stay here and would strongly suggest this condo to others .

We loved our stay at the Ocean Ritz beach front condo. The view from the 17th floor was spectacular. The complex was clean and we felt very safe in our surroundings. Our Host was very friendly and welcoming. If we had any questions he was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone stay here. The staff here was also very polite and helpful.

The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular we got to see dolphins every morning and even a couple of sting rays!! We also had daily fly overs from the military Jets!! There were a couple of repairs that need to be taken care of but didn’t interfere with our trip… we were Nick Ames the crime seen condo by the condo building next door due to some balcony furniture that was cautioned taped off because it was broken ( would suggest moving but understand it is very heavy) The bar style chairs on the balcony are perfect to see over the railing ( often caught over when we were out there). Beautiful area amd lots of fun!!

This property was GREAT and the homeowner answered any questions within 24 hours. When my son-in-law first found this property, I was concerned that the beach would be overcrowded out of all of the condos in the area, however, the location of this property was AMAZING! We can walk to local attractions and to Walmart if needed. That was very convenient because the traffic in Panama City is horrendous. Since we had a child that 18 months old, it was also nice that at least some of the pool had shade throughout the day because of the shape of the pool. The condo is well stocked and on appliances and kitchenware. I was also concerned about the elevators when I read previous reviews... But both elevators have been replaced this year and work great! The 17th floor had a breathtaking view and we spent the majority of our time on the porch if we were inside the and not on the beach. The very best thing about this property that you cannot find anywhere else is that every bedroom had its own bathroom!!!!! (4 bedrooms/4 baths)
I would definitely do it this property again!

Our party wanted to do a girls trip for a birthday celebration. The location is phenomenal. The condo has been renovated and updated. Common areas a large. Pics do not due to amazing balcony justice. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces for the unit, a pool, gym and beach gear. Owner was very responsive to questions. We are coming back!

The unit was perfect for our family getaway! The balcony is to DIE for! The view is spectacular! The owners are very quick to respond to any questions and worked with us when hurricane Ian was coming in to make sure our stay was as great as it could be. We did have an issue with the elevators going out one night and had to WALK up the 17 flights of stairs, but that is a buiding issue. Not the condo. When we come back next year, we will definetly be staying in this condo.

We had three vehicles coming from three different states and one parking space across the street was always packed their label with unit numbers that we can park in cost us quite a bit of money to park in the city and walk across the highway at night other than that everything was perfect

Summer Getaway!
We had the pleasure of staying in this condo last week. From booking to the end of our stay, it was a great experience. Owners were very responsive and accommodating! We will be back!

There was a small issue with the codes to get in the pool..on the bulletin board it stated the wrong number..but the owner got back with us super quick..I’m telling you they were the greatest!!
My only pet peeve about the place..was seeing several things that had been broken. The owners had no idea about it. In my opinion honesty is the best policy. If something gets broke..just tell somebody!! That’s why there’s insurance. Sadly sometimes it reflects on the owners even when they have no idea about it.
We can not wait to return for our 2023 vacation..we will def return and would def recommend!!

Just OK
The Parking was not what was Advertised, only 1 parking spot. The other 2 vehicles we had to pay for one for the week behind what they said was the overflow parking across the street.
It was a 4 BR 4 Bath but only had 2 closets in 2 bedrooms not all 4.
Only 2 Elevators in for 23 floors and 1 Elevators did not work half the week.
The space was good and it did accommodate all 8 of us.
No Cable TV it only has Netflix, Hulu and Prime.

Despite the negative reviews you may have read on Google regarding the condo community in general, we had no issues with long waits for the elevator or getting stuck in one. My guess is we visited during off season when the city wasn't crowded with vacationers, but even if it was, I'd rent this condo again! It really looked as we saw it advertised. Oh, and the parking spot is perfect for any vehicle. It's not in a tight spot. If more parking is needed, it's just right across the street 🙂. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo, AWESOME balcony and great location! However, the front queen bedroom needs a new mattress, the other queen bedroom has no place to hang clothes (no closet) and the kitchen needs some additional pots and pans. But overall I give it a 5* rating!!

Condo has great patio furniture and having 3 parking passes is a bonus! The assigned parking is not in the parking deck, so it is great for larger vehicles or lifted trucks
