Very good location, close to the sea and the old town. It's also convenient to get out and about. Comfortable beds. Kitchen appliances are adequate. Very good contact with the caretaker.
Unfortunately, no one mentioned that the building is undergoing renovations. This may be a problem for some. Minor equipment deficiencies have been reported, so they will certainly be fixed. A coffee table next to the sofa was missing in the living room. The exit from the parking lot is quite narrow and winding. If you have a large car, it's better to use the nearby underground parking lot.

"Great location, right by the sea and the beach promenade, and on the upper side you have the old town. The host was friendly, but not very talkative. Тhe pool in the building is not working."
