Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel & Travel

I really love how close this place is to everywhere we visit – Hoàn Kiếm Lake is just a short stroll away. The breakfast is lovely, though you do need to walk across a hotel, take a lift and climb a few stairs, which might be a bit tricky with children.

I’m not too keen on the fact that our family room isn’t served by a lift – it only goes up to the sixth floor, so we have to use the stairs to reach the seventh. It can be a bit tiring after a day of shopping or hopping around!

❤️ Our 3rd Stay at Hanoi Old Quarter! 🇻🇳 This is already our third time staying here, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! Jeff and the entire staff are always so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We truly appreciate how they take good care of their guests. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Hanoi, with many tourist attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. It makes exploring the city so easy! 🥰 We especially appreciate that they accommodated our early check-in at no extra cost, which was such a big help after our trip. And we absolutely love our room with a balcony—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere of Hanoi. ❤️ Thank you, Jeff and the whole team, for always making us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back again! 🇻🇳✨

Location in old quarter, lovely staff and great selection of food at breakfast location

Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to a room. Very small room, Had to walk across the road for included breakfast at another hotel

Location is good and close to Lake Kiem

No pool, very small rooms , nowhere to put luggage. Aircon struggled in heat
