This is a perfect house for our family!
The location was also perfect, literally just a few steps from the sand. We went for Thanksgiving and it was not crowded at all, we felt like it was a private beach all for us!
The pool house was such a bonus for the kids to have their own area. Plenty of parking space and within 3 miles to Walmart. Overall very satisfied.

The location of the property (proximity to beach access) was as good as you can get without being on the beach. Kitchen amenities were good, two king rooms were very nice and comfortable. Bunk room could use some new mattresses and a little more updated (more) seating in living room would be a plus. Outdoor patio furniture was very nice. Loved the rocking chairs and had a nice view to the left of the property. All in all, very pleased with the property.

This house rental was perfect for our family of multi ages. Best part was being on a quiet street just steps from the beach! We were comfortable letting our kids go back and forth to the beach. It had everything we needed. The grandparents loved the front porch and the preteens loved to hang out in the pool house. Our 1 year old loved the big soaker tub! Location was close to restaurants, Putt putt, state park, and the bay where most excursions are. We had an issue with pool house light and it was taken care very promptly. Our only recommendation would be to heat the pool as we came in October the kids only got in once because it was too cold.

We had so much fun at this property! There was plenty of space for everyone & had everything thing we needed. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly & the beach access was just feet away. We rented a golf cart through another business & could go to all the restaurants & fun places on that. The private pool was the biggest hit though with plenty of shaded & unshaded seating. We would rent this house again if available!

12 of us all mixed ages stayed comfortably. The pool house was great for the teens and the little had the bunk beds. Master site was great. Kitchen had the basics and we did a wallmart delivery when we arrived. There are plenty of boogie boards and beach toys in the garage for kids. The walk to the beach was so close. The kids freely went back and forth from the pool to the beach and we weren’t at all inconvenienced by it. I walked down barefooted with a cup of coffee to enjoy some peace and was very satisfied! Dave the owner responded quickly with questions and called right back or answered when we needed him. Great place for multi families!

the main light in the den would not turn. There are a number electical outlet issues. in the pool house there is wire outlet next to a pillow where someone sleeps. It is unknown if it is live or not. The pool house doors all rain in the botttom. All tv's would pause/freeze every 15 minutes or so ( appears the signal may not br consistenly strong).
Other than that.....excellent property

We had a fantastic time and love this house! We were traveling with a few teenagers and the pool house helped control the chaos. They congregated there, leaving the living room and front porch to us.
The house is super-close to the beach. It's like a 2-minute slow walk to be on the sand. There were also plenty of pool toys and beach chairs in the garage.
The host was also very easy to work with. He put away the feather pillows for us -- yay allergies. :( -- and gave us his direct number in case we needed him.

Location amazing, right next to the beach but the house could use some tlc. House doesn't seem to be well maintained for a vacation property. House was dusty, pool was not the cleanest.
Please owner if you are reading this consider replacing the beddings, towels, hand towels, oven mites and toster oven. I could not bring myself to use them. They looked like they had been used and abused over the years.
Please also replace the mattresses on the bankbeds. My gosh I accidentally fell asleep on one those beds with my toddler trying to get her to sleep and my back hurt for a week. They were so uncomfortable.

This was perfect for our family of 3 plus dog. With tons of space! The listing makes you feel like you will get more of a beach view- but they must have recently built a building on the lot next door so we had less of a “beach view” from the house. But literally walked to the beach in less than 5 mins so we were pleasantly pleased! The beach is stunning and mostly quiet. We will definitely return!

This home is literally steps to the beach access, clean, plenty of room, clean pool, and the extra bedroom in the pool gouse was a hit with our teen. Dave was an amazing host. He even accommodated us with an hour notice when our original rental claimed they were double booked last minute. We are glad our first home rental did not work out, the stay at this home was amazing!

This property is the perfect place for families to reconnect. I brought my family together in this wonderful home. We hade 6 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of room and a pool to keep the children entertained once we returned from the beach. We literally stayed at the house the whole stay. We cooked, played, swam and went to the beach. We will defiantly will be staying in this home again. Thank you.

Whole process was super easy. The house was awesome! Nice and cool all the time. Access to the beach was great. Jet ski rental within walking distance down the beach. Lots of stuff to do within short drive. Overall experience was excellent!

The location was great, however to sleep 17 as advertised would be very cramped! It is not that big of a house and for only 7 adults, 2 babies, and 3 young pre teen girls, it was pretty cramped! It is close to the beach, with a smaller pool which the kids loved, which makes this place a good beach rental.

Easy stay with flexible dates
First off - this place has a brand spanking new AC unit. I can deal with sand and everything else, but we need some real AC! It was great.
We had one small hiccup with a sink and there was someone at the house to fix it within the hour. I couldn’t ask for more responsive and attentive care.
The house is across the street from the beach, And it’s a really quiet one way street there with giant speed bumps. We had no issues with kids ages 5,6,7 and 8 walking back and forth.
The pool is perfect for families with little ones . The “Granny Pod” as the kids call it would be great for a babysitter or grandparent. It has its own bunk beds, pull out couch, bathroom and shower.
We came with only carry ons and used the washer and dryer in the unit. It was really handy.
There’s a great family friendly bar/grill spot 1 block away called Alibi down the street. Pizza, burgers, BREAKFAST!! And a full stocked bar. Live music at night the kids danced to and even family style Karoake night.
Great vibe, great trip, go ahead and book. It’s our favorite part of the PCB area.

This was the perfect place for our group. My wife and me took our two kids and four of their friends. The boys loved staying in the pool house. The house was clean and well maintained and the property manager, Dave was very attentive to our needs.

Perfect location
Great location, steps away from beach access and short walk or drive to all local attractions. Dave the property manager was top notch. Two minor thinks while we stayed and they where both taken care of within hours. Pool house is a great addition for sure. Pool was perfect size to entertain six 18yr old college boys. Would book this property again for sure!

Wonderful stay and property! Owner communication was top notch. Wish there were a few more beds but stay was perfect. Location to the beach was phenomenal. 2 min walk and your in the water. Will be back!
