This could be a true 5 star with just a few improvements.
No ice cube trays, dull knives-no sharpener, trouble with tv and no follow up from host, no big frying pan, hard to slide bathroom door. Needs new dishwasher.

Great house, great location! A lot to do in the area. House was great. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.

The house was perfect for our stay. It was close to all the places we planned to visit. Property Owner was fantastic. We were there during hurricane and the property owner checked on us several times which was so very nice. Would highly recommend the house. We plan to rent again when we are back in Tarpon Springs.

The house itself is nicely remodeled, but there are several small, yet significant inconveniences like 3 plastic wine glasses, no large pan, only a small one, no towel hooks, a faulty grill ignitor and dishwasher with broken top loader rack. We communicated these items to the property management company after they accused our group of damage, while several items went unchecked and missed prior to our check in. No laundry starter pods or any kind of automatic o liquid dish detergents were in place upon check in. I called and emailed multiple times, but the owner / manager refused to return my calls and emails. Beware and thoroughly inspect the house prior to usage so you are not falsely charged or accused of damage while it is evident their cleaning and inspection teams missed numerous items.

This home is brand new and was very comfortable for us and our family of six. There is a master suite on the first floor and two additional bedrooms/bath upstairs. The location of the house is great - it is super close to the Sponge docks and other restaurants, it was nice to be able to walk to these places! The house is new and all the finishes are really nice. No fenced in yard but the porch is cute - enjoyed sitting outside having coffee. Enjoyed our stay!
