Robert was very responsive to any questions. (Before and durning stay) We had a party of 15. 8 adults and 7 kids (15 to 5) had more than enough room . Love the labeling in the kitchen Property was beautiful. Very comfortable place to stay. Kids loved the elk, zip line, water rafting all within walking distance. Easy to get into Yellowstone . We had a wonderful vacation Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The house was great for our big group of 3 adults and 16 teenagers. There was a great deal of space for sleeping (the air mattresses were super helpful). Multiple bathrooms was very helpful and being close to town (stores, playground, entrance to YNP, etc.) made things easy too. I would highly recommend to any other large group. The property owner has been very supportive and helpful from day one!!

We were in Montana for a family reunion. The home was large enough to accommodate our party of 17, plus we were able to host dinners for the rest of our family that was staying in another property down the road. It was great that all of the drawers were labeled making it very easy to find things we needed. There were plenty of games and puzzles to keep the kids and adults engaged. We were in walking distance to the Market, and the Flying Pig adventures which we used for the rafting trip (highly recommend).

House had everything! So much room and everything was thought of by the owner. Will certainly stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone.

The home is beautiful, functional, and meets all your needs. Great kitchen, room for games, relaxing, comfortable bedrooms. Love the extras like the blow up mattresses for the kids. Owner is great, made us feel welcome.

Rob is a great communicator and his property was the perfect location for my 30th birthday party. With so many people gathering, I thought finding a spot that could easily accommodate around 20 would be difficult. However, his place is incredibly spacious. Three levels to the home allowed for all my guests to congregate naturally and with enough room to never feel crowded. I also appreciate how well situated it is in town, allowing us to go to places like the Rusty Rail late into the night without worrying about driving back home. What’s more, it may not seem like much, but I genuinely appreciated how everything was labeled in the kitchen, making it easy to find exactly what we needed! I highly recommend it to any larger groups thinking of visiting the area, and would happily book it again for a similar get together.

We stayed at Rob's place on a work trip, and the house was the perfect size for all 10 of us! There was plenty of room for everyone. Rob was great with communication and helpful. Thanks so much for the great stay!

As a group, we have stayed in a lot of very nice VRBOs, but we decided this was the very best. Our family reunion consisted of 9 adults and 6 children and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms were. A huge bonus was watching the antics of the elk and mule deer families! If you are thinking of a trip to Gardiner and Yellowstone this is the year to do it, and this is the house to stay in. We will be back!

Great property. Great location to Yellowstone and the wedding venue. We were a party of 10 mostly adults but 3 teenage boys. lots of ping pong and foosball -which the best uncle dominated. Robert was great to deal with lots of communication and patience with my mom who called him more than once to ask a question totally unrelated to the house - which hwy is the best road in? 5 min from North gate. The pictures on website dont do it justice, pics make it look dark, it was well lit very well organized. we walked into house and were set. Beds were comfortable as well as the kitchen area and living room, plenty of space for all of us to spread out and still able for a few of us to find a quite place to move away from the crazy. I would go back and I would recommend

Checking in was seamless and checking out was simple. The place is perfectly located with easy access to Yellowstone. It has a mountain view through a picture window or you can enjoy it from the deck. Elk were roaming in the yard daily. The two sets of washer/dryers allowed us to do our laundry midweek quickly so we didn't waste vacay time. The kitchen was fully stocked we prepared our meals easily. Absolutely perfect home for our needs!

Very beautiful home. Very spacious and warming. The view of the mountains and nature is spectacularly! Will definitely return to keep making memories with my love ones.

This is the fourth time I've stayed with my college class at this property, but the first time with these new owners. The place has always been wonderful but is even better than it was the last time we stayed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is impressively stocked, and the location can't be beat.

Every electrical switch, cupboard, drawer, etc. was labeled as to what it did or what was in it. Well stocked kitchen with pans , bowls, utensils, coffee pots, mixers, blenders, cookie sheets, etc.. More than enough room in the house to stay close or get away from each other. Plenty of sleeping arrangements,and bathrooms. Good information binder with house. MB

We had school talks in the community and things planned with Yellowstone Forever. All was within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and more. Great set up and accommodations. We came to Montana for a destination wedding for our daughter. This house was perfect for us and extended family. It was super clean and very spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was especially comfy. This house allowed for all of us (14 in total) to spread out and have our own areas to relax. Rob is a super communicator, answering our questions almost instantly. We even had a "welcoming party" upon our arrival... a mama elk and her baby were resting in the backyard! A true Montana special touch! This home is perfect if you plan to spend time inside the park, as it is super close to the entrance. Thanks for everything, Rob! You're an amazing VRBO Host!

Everything was near perfect in the house. The basement had two extra rooms. Just an amazing stay. We were only 12, but it can easily fit over 20 people - has 7 bedrooms.
