Siamo stati benissimo.
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane in questo hotel.
La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni.
Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta.

I had a great stay at Alba. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the location wasn’t too far from the center.
The breakfast was also a nice bonus with a good variety of options. Overall, everything was well-organized and comfortable, and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the overall atmosphere was nice.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our time in Baku.
Customer service could be improved, especially in the restaurant during weekends and busy periods. More attention, faster response, and better organization would make the guest experience much better.

Bed was good.
The rooms are not soundproof. So everything horny the next door bachelors did was clearly audible and disturbing.
The bathroom shower box by the time you shower would start water clogging.
The breakfast served mostly dint have any names written on what was in the dishes. Limited menu.
