The apartment is fantastic. Really can't fault it. First of all it's really big, much bigger than we expected. It has everything you could need during your stay. But the icing on the cake is the view from that balcony. Just fabulous!! Oh and the aircon is one of the best we've had. It's been up to 40 in Mallorca this week so it's been very much appreciated.

Pros: Great communication from Sandra. Her husband Lorenza was there with the keys at the agreed time. All very easy to get in. The view is stunning. The kitchen had all the things you need for self catering. Plenty good size glasses for wine, soda or a beer. Beds are very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing. No complaints from this couple. We will be back.

Cons: Parking is tough

Pros: Sandra the host was lovely. The location was unbeatable, the nicest area of Puerto Pollensa, 2 mins walk to beach.
The apartment is very spacious and no outdoor noise (surprising given location but good!)
Cons: My main issue was the security. This is a big deal for me, as travelling with young children. Anyone with a key can get in, there is no bolt or chain and no locks on bedroom doors. I didn't like feeling like I couldn't lock us in safely at night.
The wifi didn't reach the 2 back bedrooms.
The washing machine needs updating, it is old and smelly. There was no focus on the 'little things' no toilet roll, soap, bin bags, coffee, water. For the price I would have expected more attention to detail and more updated appliances.
