Perfect house for families with teens. Our daughter enjoyed having her own space on the bottom floor. Nicely appointed kitchen - had everything I needed to prepare dinner. Pet friendly. Beautiful community.

Beautiful cabin in a perfect location. Close to everything Cashiers and Highlands has to offer I would definitely recommend to families. Our cabin was more than we expected and was a perfect family vacation setting. Hope to return soon!

This was an amazing cabin. We hit at just the right time to see the leaves change. One of the best features is the fireplace outside in a screened in porch. Priceless. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Definitely a 10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home...it was clean and very well stocked. Sandra was very responsive and made everything easy. Trillium is a great community so being able to play golf and enjoy the amenities was a bonus. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay with three generations! Plenty of space to sprawl out and come together in the lovely common spaces. We loved the screen porch and had some fun games of ping pong. The home is centrally located to plenty of activities as well as the Trillium Clubhouse. A special treat was watching the beautiful sunsets over the golf course.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is conviently located outside Cashiers. Easy access to golf, tennis, pickle ball, and lake. Very comfortable, well stocked and clean. Owner very responsive.

We've been vacationing in this area for 22 years and this home was one of our favorites. The layout is perfect for a family with young adults. The decor was inviting and just lovely. The green space surrounding the home gave us additional opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Also, we fell in love with the community of Trillium. We plan on returning soon. Thank you!

Northern Heights was the perfect location for our family's mountain vacation. The home is more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The surrounding areas have many things to see and do for all ages. Nearby restaurants and shops are fantastic! We enjoyed the walking trails throughout the property most of all. Our pup loved this location as well!! Highly recommend this home to anyone. Great memories were made with our kids and grandchildren!

We booked a last minute 5 night stay and feel very lucky we got to stay here. We used the wave boat for two hours at Trillium but honestly the area has so much to offer we ended up doing activities and then coming back to relax and make s’mores at the house. The owner is kind and immediately responsive (no issues just a few of my questions). Hate to share this hidden gem 😊. Thank you for having us. We look forward to returning. Our boys were 14 and 7 with us and we enjoyed the space - put them downstairs and we were upstairs.

Really enjoyed the stay. Right on golf course. Centrally located between Cashiers and Highlands. Home has comfortable beds and everything you need to enjoy a hassle free getaway. Highly recommend!!!

This mountain retreat was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we could possible need in the kitchen and bathroom and beds were comfortable. the gas fireplace in the main living area was a great way to warm up after a hike. This house was well kept and very clean. I would definitely return to this home!

If you are looking for a rental in the Cashiers or Highlands area, look no further! This home was exquisite in every way. The furnishings were all high-end custom. From the beds to the kitchen to the screened-in porch, we couldn’t have asked for more. The home was also immaculate. We look forward to coming back again.

We had a great family week relaxing in this fabulous home. We spent our spring break in Cashiers and it was wonderful. Mid-March was not the high season, so it was especially peaceful. Yet, all the businesses and restaurants were open.
The home was perfect. It’s one of 9-10 homes, but the way the home is positioned, you look out towards the golf course and the abundant trees. You don’t see the other homes, so you feel isolated and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were very comfortable (firm but nice soft top). There was just 3 of us for this trip to Cashiers, but we plan to visit again with 1-2 other families.
You will not be disappointed!

Loved this property. The ladies liked the decor with mix of wood, leather, live edge, stone. Has the look of a mountain house with appropriately selected furnishings. I loved the screen room off the great room.. Outdoor wood burning fireplace was an ideal place to sit, enjoy a fire, have a cocktail and enjoy a good book. This property is equipped with every kitchen item needed, 3 well appointed, large bedrooms, each with own bathroom. It has maintained extremely well and is a gem. We will return as we love the area and love this property.

This lovely spot deserves all of its 5-star reviews! The house was better in person, the pictures do not do it justice! As soon as you walk in it feels like home. Although we barely used the kitchen it is clearly stocked with anything you would need to create a big family meal. The bedrooms are all super spacious and their en-suite bathrooms lovely. Plenty of living space upstairs and downstairs to spread out. It was cold when we visited so we did not utilize the gorgeous screened in porch with its wood burning fire, nor the ground floor porch with its ping pong table. Even without these spaces we had more than enough room, with plenty to spare. The area is gorgeous! Amazing hiking to numerous waterfalls, wonderful towns (Cashiers and Highlands) with yummy restaurants and great shopping. It really is an amazing part of the world, and this home is the perfect home-base to explore it all. Cannot wait for our return visit. Thank you!

My daughter and I and 3 grandchildren all had a wonderful time. Our host, Sandra was quick to respond to any question before and during. But I only had one question during because she provided very good information prior to our arrival. The kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong, building a fire outside even if we weren’t sitting out there and could enjoy from the living area🤪). We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner thanks to Sandra having a wide variety of pots, pans, casserole dishes etc. Thank you, Sandra for opening your home to us.

Beautiful home! Bedding was super comfy and home was well furnished with everything you need. The outdoor fireplace was on the screened in porch. Perfect for end of day relaxation and conversation. Sandra was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Cant wait to return!!

This home was perfect for our Fall Break getaway with our teenage children. It was clean, well-appointed, in a beautiful setting, and conveniently located near Cashiers and Highlands (and all the hikes in between!). Sandra was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Thanks for a great experience!

My wife and I have been in the hospitality industry our entire careers, we have never seen accommodations so well put together. Susan put alot of thought into her creation of Nortern Heights. She spared nothing with rich, warm, well appointed spaces to create a " home" for visitors. We enjoyed absolutely every minute we were there. We have the calander out to plan our next stay. A delight, beyond our expectations!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was super clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the location closer to Cashiers but in between Cashiers and Highlands and easy drives to all the great activities the area has to offer. Sandra was super responsive in the days and weeks leading up to our visit and all her instructions were so clear and her house well organized so we didn’t have to reach out during our visit. We ended up not cooking much but the kitchen had everything you would need for simple family suppers. The screened in porch was the best part we spent most of our time there when we were in the house. We will definitely return!

This home is situated on a quiet street with the golf course directly across the street. The home has an ideal floorplan that works well for 2 couples where one can be upstairs in a nice master bedroom and the other has the downstairs master bedroom with a living room space and covered porch.
Everything in the home was well appointed and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The upstairs porch was a favorite gathering spot for us!
Sandra was easy to communicate with and was an awesome host. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Sandra’s place. The location was great, situated in the mountains and not far from the Old Edwards Spa. We LOVED the screened deck. We spent the whole time out there, and never turned the tv on once. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything was beautiful. Thank you!

This very nice house was perfect for our family to spend time together. My wife and I stayed there for two weeks, but kids and grandkids came on weekends and the home layout was perfect for a family get together. Convenient to both Cashiers and the Highlands. This house met our needs perfectly and we recommend for a great family time.

We loved our stay. The house was everything we expected and more. The beds were comfy and the linens were upscale. Trillium is a wonderful community packed full of amenities. We played tennis, golf, dined at the club and even rented one of the club's boats. All for a small weekly fee. Spoil yourself!

We are building a home on Lake Glenville and have stayed in multiple homes in the area and this house was by far the coziest we have stayed in. It has recently been updated and is nestled on a quiet street off the golf course. We have 3 young children and an elderly dog and the home fit our family perfectly . The layout is ideal for hanging out together or gives the option to spread out. We loved this home!! And the owner was very easy to communicate with. Can’t say enough about this find!! We will definitely be back!

We are building a home on Lake Glenville and have stayed in multiple homes in the area and this house was by far the coziest we have stayed in. It has recently been updated and is nestled on a quiet street off the golf course. We have 3 young children and an elderly dog and the home fit our family perfectly . The layout is ideal for hanging out together or gives the option to spread out. We loved this home!! And the owner was very easy to communicate with. Can’t say enough about this find!! Peaceful and luxurious get away.
My husband and I had a relaxing time away in this beautiful home. Beautiful furnishings, anything we could have needed and such a lovely location. We got in some walks over the course and visited beautiful waterfalls nearby. The town of Cashiers was cute , with good restaurants. Sandra immediately responded to any questions or needs. A wonderful family get a way or just for a couple. A 10 out of 10!

Very difficult after dark to locate street name to find cabin . We felt that if owner gave landmarks, after leaving the town of cashiers, would help others locate the rental. Turning at the school, Would have been a great landmark, that you could not miss!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicer than the pictures. The rooms each have their own bathroom attached which makes it so comfortable for everyone. It was conveniently located to Cashiers, Sapphire and Highlands.
